“We visited this Pancheros Mexican Grill before heading out to Ann Arbor for drinks. It is set up like any other Pancheros: Concession style. The food served to my friend and I was great. Like usual the cook and guest service attendant made the tortilla in front of us, behind the counter. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions on what to try, the food he really liked, and the food his friends enjoyed. It looked like there were four people working at the time. They were not busy and had about three groups of people in attendance as guest. We did not wait in line at all. The bathroom was pretty clean. It was a single stall at the back of the building. I believe we paid $24.00 for both my friend and I to eat. Overall it was a good and clean experience!”

“Please note : No complaints on food. Its regular subways food and taste. However, the hygiene is a word these people need to understand and practice. A large red plastic bucket containing dirty liquid and some wipes placed right on food counter, dirty tables and even dirtier restroom. Though the person who was helping customers was very friendly and polite, he was probably was not trained well. Now coming to food, they were out of spinach, veggie patties, choice of cheese limited to just 2, out of pickles. I am not sure it was just the wrong timing or it's normal. Easy access , ample shared parking. I have to say this ; the elderly lone gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly, polite and apologetic.”

“Really great experience for my first time! I ordered a 9oz sirloin which came with two sides for $20 which is a pretty fair price given the quality. The waitress gave a good explanation of how to cook the steak and the approximate time it would need to stay on the stone. I was able to shift the partially cooked steak to the side so I didn't overcook my meal and was able to slice of sections to cook as I was eating. Would love to return in the future.”
