They made sure we were taken care of. This is service you'd expect to see at a nice sit-down restaurant..not a sub place. Wow! Super impressive! I ordered the loaded Italian sub. The ingredients are very premium! They slice the meat right in front of you, and everything seemed very fresh. My entire family enjoyed their food. I ordered the hibachi I was impressed by the cooks skills and how fun they were. They put a lot of time an effort into their work. The sake was good very sweet, I 100% will be coming back. “First time visiting this great place...All staff were professional and accommodating. Our server made great recommendations and was very focused on each of her table’s needs. We ordered the artichoke kettle appetizer, rotisserie chicken chowder, the salmon, the duck, and crime brûlée. Everything exceeded our expectations. We loved the craft cocktails, as well. The environment was welcoming and cozy. Perfect date night restaurant. Fair prices, which topped it off for us. We will most definitely return the next time we are in town to try more! There's a baby changing station with wipes and the bathrooms were clean.”

“Their food was actually quite delicious! I ordered the chicken kabob with rice and my boyfriend got their new shawarma with fries. The chicken kabob came with four pieces of warm pita. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I'm not a huge fan of curry but they used a little bit of spices for the rice and i loved it! The reason for my rating of a 3 is they didn't salt their fries and the cashier didn't seem to know quite what was going on. They only had three orders and the kid put the wrong food on our tray - we went to salt the fries and after we had salted the fries and he realized his mistake, he took the box back and just gave it to the lady whose order it was. We were kind of at a loss. The prices were a little bit expensive, $11. 99 for my chicken kabob with one side but i would go back and give it another try. So go if you know what to order and don't have any special requests! The food won't disappoint. Just the service. I would probably get the chicken kabob with 2 sides for only a $1 more and share it since it comes with two kabobs.”

“Our service was fantastic! From when we entered the door to the moment we left. We had Sara as our server who was so great and attentive. And Stacey was helping us out too. Then another guy brought us our food. I love that they worked as a team! It was clearly efficient. We never waited a second with an empty water cup. Our stuff was boxed up for us. Each dirty dish was cleared away immediately. Sara brought a cup of hot water for us to warm up a bottle for our baby who was with us. She saw me adding a small loaf of bread into one of the to-go boxes that was already filled and offered to get a separate bread bag for it. She brought us 2 scoops of ice cream when I told her we had to pass on dessert because we couldn't finish their colossal brownie sundae!! I even got practically walked to the restroom when I asked where it was, which was helpful since it's a big place. The food came out so quickly and everything tasted wonderful. I'm so happy with this dining experience!”

Pretzels taste great, my girlfriend and I have had one of each now (we stop by almost every time we go through the mall). The parmesan is one of the best (tastes like a pretzel breads tick), we've also been enjoying the ranch lately. The regular salted pretzel is still by far my favorite, especially with the spicey cheese.”
