“Management needs to pay closer attention to what's going on. We visited at about 6:30 pm. Had to wait for over 10 minutes at the door (no one else was in line) to be seated even though there were several empty tables - but all needed to be cleaned. Wait staff was very pleasant but not well trained. Dirty rag and dirty dishes were left on the table next to ours the entire time we were eating. Menu is great but our food was only average. Thai shrimp salad was drenched in salad dressing. Would be better served on the side. Takeaway: need more staff, better trained.”

The bagels are actually good to the point of me driving to this caribou for bagels instead of to bagel shops.
