“Waited a long time to be seated, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Service was decent after being seated. Chips and salsa were solid. Food is quite expensive - above average cost for mexican restaurants in the area. We ordered Fajitas, which were pretty good except the tortillas were quite dry and even chewy. We ended up bringing the leftovers home and using our own tortillas which made the food much better. Overall an OK place to eat, but the price is absolutely not justified.”

I ordered a meal tonight and due to the limitations had to do curb-side pickup. Big Dogs was by far the most organized restaurant i have experienced this with yet this week. Even at that, their customer service was killer and food was delicious. The staff here never disappoint.”

“Great food as all Culver's I've been too, but what was really good was the staff. Drive through was packed. We were asked if we needed ketchup for our fries. I've been to many drive throughs for various fat food establishments and that rarely happens. We were greeted with a huge smile and thanked for our business when we arrived at the window. The inside dining was closed due to Covid so we drove around to the parking lot to eat our food as many who got food did. Where we parked on the opposite side of drive through was a poor employee working a terminal for pick up for called in orders. It was VERY hot and humid. We realized that our chicken sandwiches didn't have mayo so I asked the employee if we could get some. She looked at her outside station, apologized, and said she would call in as she didn't have any. Soon a young man came out with a big smile and said he had 4 for me. I was SO impressed with all the staff! Cudos to Mankato Culvers!”

“We stopped here on a drive through town and I'm glad we did. The meatloaf has a rich, smokey flavor and the ribs were flavorful, even without the BBQ sauce. The service was quick and personable. We had our three young children with us and they were kept busy with coloring sheets. If we are in town again, we will definitely return.
