It all comes down to them being short staffed, having let 2 employees go between 5 and 6pm on a weekday. Seems like a bad choice to me. The employees offer to help you order if you don’t understand the touchscreen systems. Food tasted great and they even mark your wrappers which other TBs don’t often do. Downside being it’s small and crammed into the middle of a shopping center so if you go here during a rush good luck.”

Whether you're looking for mild, spicy, sweet, over the top, or just something different- you can find it D Spot. The also have a variety of beers to choose from. If I had one way they could improve: maybe offer more sides or some veggies. But then again, who goes to a wing place for vegetables? “I love their pizza. The lady at the register on Sunday helped me greatly by suggesting their New York style pizzas and how they were the most bang for my buck. Helped make my decision easy. Was in and out quickly. And she was kind when I unneccesarily explained it was for my family during a hard time. My family all loved the pizzas and everyone said the pepperoni and sausage was the best! I will never forget her kindness though.”

“I've been coming to this caribou regularly since 2015. They used to regularly get my order wrong but now its just occasionally wrong with a bunch of attitude. I went through the drive through a couple days ago and they handed me 3 of my 4 items then said "Have a nice day!" and turned around and walked away before I could say anything. I tried to say "I'm still missing my..." but she didn't hear me and I sat out there staring at a different woman (the one with the headset) for several more minutes before they opened the door and tried to hand me a different drink as if I was someone else. Then before I could tell them it wasn't mine, they ripped the drink away and tossed my sandwich bag at me and laughed. I literally sat there for several seconds thinking "is this really happening?" But then I thought about my past experiences and I wasnt surprised anymore. I drove off and enjoyed my smushed sandwich. Still the best coffee around though.”

Very polite, and order was excellent as I made a special request and he made sure my request was honored. Thankyou This is 1st review a month ago. The cashier in the drive through was a really nice gentleman. The Whoppers should be on the type of bun used for the grilled chicken because the buns used on Whoppers are ALWAYS dry and stale. Please do something about you dry buns. I've complained before but it never changes. So dry and stale bun falls apart.”

“I've always wanted to check out Firehouse Subs. I'm glad I finally went there the other day to eat lunch. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey sub sandwich medium sized. I took a little longer to get the sandwich because they take their time and do it right. I got the jerk sauce on the side. Let me tell you it was a very tasty sandwich.
