“The food here is amazing!!! So many options... Definitely something for everyone. To start they bring you a large roll (big enough to share), along with some banana bread, sweetened apples (like apple pie filling) and coleslaw. The salad bar is really good also. They have a cute little gift shop on site also. This is a place worth checking out! If I had to say anything bad about it, our waitress was not too attentive. I had to wait a good 15 minutes for her to come around so I could get her attention for more soda.”

“Great staff, and amazing food. This Caribou is conveniently placed next to the Caribou Coffee and many other establishments including the UPS store, Walgreens, and a bank. There are numerous other restaurants in the same strip mall like building. There is a wide menu variety and very friendly staff. When you walk in you see people sitting and reading the newspaper or quietly talking together. You also see people working on their computers or having a meeting with someone else. It is a great meet-up place or a spot to get some work done. Or maybe just enjoy one of the light, fluffy and delicious bagels. There is a variety of seating options including tables with many chairs, booths, or personal tables. You can also sit inside the Caribou Coffee next door where there are numerous couches and comfy chairs. The restaurant is very clean and tidy, and the food is great and good quality. “So I guess this is a chain of pizza restaurants. I’ve only ever been to the Woodbury, because that’s where our friends that moved to Minnesota live and pizza is a good choice when trying to pick a genre of food. For a little chain in Minnesota the pizza is surprisingly terrific. It’s definitely Italian-inspired pizza, as opposed to the numerous doughy pizzas you might find at most places in the US. Thin crust, cooked really hot, fresh ingredients. The pizzas run a little small. Not a criticism, more of a comment. Not sure if that’s just because they are so good that I can’t stop eating, but I think our family of four can easily eat three. I’ve had better pizza in places like New Jersey and Connecticut that are serious about pizza.”

“So on Fridays my co-workers and I order food as a usual thing, this week we decided to go to Wayback Burgers. We ordered our food at 7:10PM and ETA for pickup was 7:30, so I make my way down to Wayback and it was SUPER busy (Because their food is AMAZING!) I told them that I was picking up 4 online orders and they told me that 2 of them were done, I was like cool I will just wait to get the rest of the food. Around 7:40 I still haven't received the last 2 orders so I ask the staff member that was making the shakes if those orders were completed, He tells me that the one is done and proceeds to had me the bag (of wonderful food) and I take that and put it in our Cub box (for large orders) I then ask about the last order and they never received an order for the last one. I then look at the order form that was printed out and saw that it was supposed to be picked up at 7/6/18 but was printed out today! Looks like my co-worker printed an old form but the staff proceeds to make the food.I called my co-worker and asked him to place another order and they will make it right away. He then orders the food and they were able to make the food. In the mean time there was another customer that came in at 7:50 and she had placed an online order and the staff told her that it would be ready soon, by 7:55 the lady came back up the counter and said "I have been waiting here for 10 min" while yelling at the staff(Paige). People just need to chill out and relax, Paige (employee) came out and gave me the last order and I thanked her for her help and I said sorry for issues. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who has never had it!! Also if Paige is not a manager or a shift leader I would recommend that she gets promoted, she handled the situation like a pro!”

“Jimmy John's is well-known for marketing itself as "freaky fast", a term that I assume to mean "We will deliver your order within a reasonable time frame." For this particular location, that definition of the franchise's slogan seems to mean very little. I work at an undisclosed location about one mile away from Jimmy John's; on my lunch break, I ordered from this location and received a confirmation of my order at approximately 5:53 PM. I was expecting the typical fifteen-minute wait I normally experience whenever I order from Jimmy John's, but after twenty-five minutes, I started to become concerned. I understand that rush hour was a factor for the time window, but surely heavy traffic wouldn't delay the "freaky fast" food delivery service any longer than that. At 6:36 PM, my order finally arrived, with not so much as a mention of the disproportionately long delivery time, let alone an apology. I'm no quantum physics expert, but doesn't forty minutes seem a bit too extended a wait to fit under the definition "freaky fast"? Now, I was originally going to allot two stars for this review (I would give one star if my order had been botched), but I also understand the pressures of working in the fast-food industry, as I have been employed as a food server in the past. I know what it's like to serve irritable, demanding customers, to meet unreasonable demands from management, and I know what it's like to work under a time crunch. It's a difficult, thankless, and stressful line of work. However, even with these variables in play, there is little to justify the lack of conscientious customer service. If a company wishes to keep (or at least not alienate) a customer, proper customer service must be provided, regardless of the line of work. Jimmy John's should be no exception. With this in mind, the week after this disappointment, I decided to give Jimmy John's a second chance. They managed to deliver my order in about twenty-five minutes this time - a slight improvement (and this time, they remembered napkins), but still a little more than questionable when the distance of one mile is taken into consideration. Ultimately, while Jimmy John's is a place I would still order from in a pinch, my expectations for speedy service have been drastically lowered and will remain so until this location determines the cause - and solution - for this "sluggishly slow" delivery routine.”

“I ordered the red curry and a mushroom mock duck soup to-go. I ordered and received my food in less than ten minutes. The staff was very helpful when I asked what vegan items they had available and even let me read the ingredients of the sauces they used. The red curry was about Sriracha level spicy and sweet from the coconut milk. The mushroom mock duck soup was SO good - the whole mushrooms had a pretty effect as well. “My clients who are special need seniors almost always want pizza and this seems to be the place. I usually have no problem with service or even quality HOWEVER tonight was different. Everything was fine until it was time for dessert and the cinnamon twists weren’t in the order!!! I had gotten extra garlic knots. So, I called and told them. The guy I spoke to told me yeah they were sitting under the light or it would take a half hour to get another batch made. I couldn’t believe they screwed up and offered me old twists. I said of course fresh. I told him my clients weren’t happy. He told me that they would be out within a half hour.I called within the half hour to ask if they could compensate with a bottle of soda and was told that the order was out.and on its way. No compensation. And no apologies and the delivery was past a half hour. I informed the driver that this was not a good way to treat loyal customers. Not a happy night for my clients which makes my night not so good.”
