GOOD. • Raspberry Double Chocolate Scone - maybe a little dry and not much for raspberry or chocolate in it. Still good but I'd try something else next time. • Pull Apart Cinnamon Rolls - also a little dry but great proportion of cinnamon and glaze, and with just a few seconds in the nukerwave - dyn-O-mite. • Maple Apple Circle (donut type) - best of the bunch. SO very good. This is a must try. Will definitely be back to dine there to try their coffee with a fresh delicious pastry. 2nd visit, tried two different breakfast burritos. The Mediterranean breakfast burrito was the best I've had in YEARS.”

“Ordered the Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew and it is usually a little strong, but this was AWFUL, the cream was very liquidy and had almost no cinnamon and very little caramel. Usually the cream is fluffy similar to whip cream but this was closer to soup. The customer service was good though and this is a cool place to just relax. That being said I'm not going to just vedo this Starbucks because I just so happened to be 1 out of 10 people who don't get what they expected, I still would go here, but would just ask that a better job be done next time.”

“Wow I got the stuffed hashbrowns and it is such a huge portion. 2 or 3 meals worth of food. It is so delicious!! Seasoned well too. My friend got a bacon cheeseburger and it was juicy and delicious. Best burger in a long time. It was lunch time and I'm sure they were busy but very good service with just a bit of a longer wait. They did apologize for the wait. We were the only ones in the drive-through at 5:30 pm on a Saturday, but one drink was handed to us as we pulled up to the window and the other was ready by the time we finished paying. My husband had a hot vanilla latte. I had an iced marshmallow caramel latte. Both with an extra espresso shot. Both drinks had a great flavor. Our barista was very friendly.”

“I'm drawn here because their baked items are made fresh each day and - handcrafted breads and pastries without preservatives. That’s remarkable in today’s world. You can pick up day-old baked items at reduced prices; but I prefer to go early and buy what’s fresh out of the oven. Nothing tastes as good as that. It’s nice for lunches, too. The Café Selection, especially sandwiches, use the bread they make and fill them with tasty combinations. It’s an ideal spot to take your children, catch up with friends, or as I do, host a business coffee, and/or often get something to go. Check out the community table – it really shows great support and loyalty to local residents. The pastry section, since I am such a scone connoisseur, is my favorite. There is no missing the “just-baked” flavor that makes them worth the calories. Every time I’m there I see people buying their caramel nut rolls – only my mom’s recipe beats them 😊. There are made with lots of butter and are chucked full of caramel. While you can purchase them with & without nuts, we prefer the nut version. It’s also very nice that these and many other items re for sale and in both mini and large sizes. The staff are vey friendly, this is something that I find is more common in small towns. I enjoy the chat about menu options, how the food is made, the baking schedule, and why they are so proud of their coffee. Check out this video where I’m filming, and the bakers are so pleasant and waving so friendly. It's a easy to go place for people with wheelchairs. You can enter in the back parking lot and not have to deal with any stair steps or ramp.”

“I order a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee at the drive thru. The employee holds out what looks like a broomstick with a credit card machine attached. He ask me to insert my card,It’s awkward to say the least and then it prompts me to add a tip which I do. I get my food and the the cream cheese is not on the bagel. It’s on the side, I did not ask for that. Now I find myself trying to spread cream cheese in my car and getting crumbs everywhere and wondering why I tipped someone that couldn’t be bothered swiping my card for me or spreading cream cheese on my bagel. It’s like self checkout at the grocery store. I’m happy to do it but don’t expect a tip for doing nothing.”

“Visited June 23. Couldn't have been more pleased. Cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Welcoming, attentive staff. The manager was most accommodating and addressed my special needs in a wheelchair for a Mayo Clinic visit in a remarkable way. The closed outside doors at Eisenberg probably decrease former traffic past the coffee shop corner. I hope that the Kahler Hotel will give the Fiddlehead proper public attention now that the hotel is discontinuing food service. Fiddlehead is bringing value to the community of Rochester, Mayo Clinic and downtown Rochester, in my opinion. I have a woman-owned small business established in 1979, worked at Mayo before that, and had many stays at the Kahler since the first in 1961.”

“The best of the two caribous. Coffee is usually better. Orders are accurate and staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the train station vibe of the other store, but the coffee is just better here. With such high increases of cost for products at caribou as a whole, I really don’t want to go somewhere I know I’ll get a meh coffee. At the cabin, it’s at least really good for the price.”
