“DELISH Soul Food!!!! Just passing through town and always make sure to find a local place when I travel. What a great place. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and gave me southern hospitality. I did the oxtail dinner plate with fried okra and sweet potato casserole and added a side of catch fish. Everything was hot, and soooo tasty. Just keep in mind, food cost, labor cost, everything has gone up. So they need to charge accordingly but it’s worth it! I made this my lunch and dinner for the day cause I had leftovers. Great portions and restaurant is clean, modern, indoor and outdoor seating with a bar. Ohhhh and I got the sweet potato cheesecake! Congrats to the owners for a great experience and highly recommend!”

“Such fun. I had the duck wontons to start, and they were simply delightful. I'd return again just for them. For my meal, I had a po boy with shrimp and catfish, it was not that great. The bread was good, but the sandwich itself was just average. Also tried the nachos, also very average. The restaurant was incredibly loud. We didn't sit where the band was playing, so I'm speaking of the downstairs restaurant area. There's no sound buffers, so this is not the place to go to casually talk while you eat. You'll be left almost screaming over everyone else. The prices aren't bad at all, certainly appropriate ratio to dollar value in the serving sizes. We waited for about 15 minutes for a table but I'd come again. All in all, pleasant experience.”

My family tried a little of everything, from the avocado toast, a quinoa bowl, a smoothie bowl, and a smoothie, and we were all impressed with our food! “Definitely my favorite gas station / stop near Southaven, MS. Very nice pumps and newer building! Nice selection of drinks, food, and deli. It can get kind of busy sometimes though and have a line inside &/or in the parking lot. Recommend joining their free rewards program. Only major complaints are the bathroom was a little dirty. The location is pretty far out of the way from I55 and US78 too. Also, the exit for this gas station was a packed traffic jam when I came because about 7 cars were trying to get out of one exit and turn left for the light while about 3 cars were trying to pull in for gas.”

“Update: came back later that day to get her a smoothie and the original person apologized about earlier. Came next morning at 10:20ish and they shorted me an item on my order but didn’t charge for it so I mobile ordered it and came inside before the cutoff and they got it to me. Place is nice and new and people seem nice My girlfriend’s birthday she didn’t want me to cook anything she just wanted a McGriddle so I look at the time and order on the app at 10:20. Get to the place at 10:30 exactly thinking i made it just in time but the app tells me they stopped breakfast at 10:29. I get inside and wait in line and by the time I get to the front it’s 10:31 and I try explaining what happened, showed my mobile order, and even said I would scratch all the other items on my order if I can just get her a McGriddle and they still say no. I would understand if I was 5 or 10 minutes late and I know McDonald’s is supposed to be a machine and all but come on let’s be human. Not gonna lie I lost some faith in humanity after that”

“I pass by this place over a 100 times a week and I never stopped by. Well, I like Sloppy Joe's and didn't feel like cooking one night, so I gave them a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Sloppy Joe Dog for myself and cheeseburgers for my son and husband. The fries were underwhelming, but that dog was delicious! My son and husband wolfed down their food and told me those burgers were excellent. To make matters better, the food is affordable!”
