“Great food and normally good service. We went later today. Had our usual Catfish but also ordered a steak. A couple that came in after us, got their food, and left before we got our food. Steak was good but the catfish was fried too hard. We got one cup of tater sauce for 2 whole catfish. We never got the waitress attention to get more. Nor could I get hot sauce.”

“The Chicken Coop is the best. The food is delicious, they never mess up. I think the owner, has a great team working for him, basically family and they care about presentation and pleasing all customers. The restaurant is always as clean as the first day it was opened. They cook chicken all day but you don't smell it. The air inside just smells fresh and clean. If you want delicious food and want to go to a place to eat and have no complaints with your oreder. I highly recommend this place. They have a variety of delicious choices.”

“My 2 grandsons, their wives,mother, a teenage great granddaughter and three very active 5 and 6 yr olds, along with my senior self and a small baby converged on this restaurant last evening to celebrate Christmas and enjoy a meal together. We had stacks of Christmas gifts also. We were shown to an area to ourselves where the kids wouldn't be so confined. Our orders were taken and served in a timely manner. The food was fantastic and quite plentiful. But the host went well above to accommodate our needs, even to being our photographer. The evening was quite enjoyable and, though it was my first visit, I'm sure it won't be my last. Thank you for a great dining experience.”
