“Food was great. Got the 6 piece ribs with hot sauce and smoked Mac and cheese. All delicious. They had limited availability on meat (their primary product) a few weeks ago when I called but I chalked that up to the pandemic. Glad they had availability this time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I had an issue on the customer service side this time. I called ahead to see if they had curbside service, and they said they do when they aren’t busy. I called later, made my order, and when I pulled up, called. At that point they told me they could not do curbside. It was me and another customer who walked in seconds before me and walked out seconds before me. My question is: is that busy for you? Maybe it is, and maybe orders were happening in the background that a customer wouldn’t be aware of. It was just odd to me”

“Always enjoy this location. It has been my favorite since I was young. Last night I ordered a sandwich with my wife after a long day at work and got home to realize that it was the wrong sandwich. I called and talked to Kayla and she told me to come by and that she would take care of me. I went over immediately and she gave me fresh fries and the correct sandwich and even offered me a free frosty. Kayak turned a bad situation into an incredible one!”

“I go here once a month with an awesome group of friends. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is excellent. I will say, though, the last few times, service was very slow and spotty, at best. It took a very long time to receive drink orders (non-alcoholic) and although bills were split (think conference, but separate smaller groups of 2 to three), there is an automatic group tip of 20%. Beware of this. I will continue to attend these meetings, but I will also continue to give honest reviews.”
