The food I’ve never had an issue with until recently the egg rolls have been sour if that’s the right way to describe it and the staff are always rude. “Very good! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The level of spice selection is nice. I usually don't like super spicy food so I would recommend "1 cluck" of spiciness if you're the same. There is also a light spice option as well but the seasoning blend they offer is pretty sweet with the spicy. Definitely try the fried green tomatoes! Delicious!”

“This is the original, classic Mexican restaurant in Springfield. I have been coming here since the seventies. Love the Sancho, especially when you mix the hot sauce and the sweet sauce together! Many people order the Sancho enchilada style which is a Sancho covered with enchilada sauce but I think that dilutes the purity of this simple delicious dish. We often order the sweet sauce and have it shipped to our home in San Diego.”

“This shop is the only places I can go to to get a good protein shake and awesome tea. My son, who is 10 also loves this place for their yummy shakes. The atmosphere, vibe, and overall energy of the place blows my mind and is such a positive experience. I want to say as well, I recently had weight loss surgery and I am very limited on liquids I can consume- as most have to much sugar, carbonation, or other ingredients I am unable to have after this surgery. I was able to get the best protein shake that fit my requirements for after surgery that tasted literally amazing. I have been using protein powders at home for the last month and it doesn’t even compare to the explosion of goodness this shake gave me.
