“I went to pick up my bagels this morning after ordering them last night. Much to my disappointment the order was never relayed and y bagels weren’t made. Rather than apologize and send me on my way, the manager apologized, told me he’d bake them fresh, and personally deliver them. He did so within 90 minutes and did so at no charge! This is exactly the kind of service that keeps this customer ordering again and again.”

“Consistancy is the key to the success of this well known chain. I love the fresh bread and all the sweets. Today I had the steak sandwich and my friends had soup and salad . During the lunch hour the dining room was crowded and pretty noisy but didn't distract from our own conversation or the causal atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking plus a drive through and close to highway 435.”

“I was at the McDonald's located just adjacent to Wal-Mart at Blue Ridge Crossing. The clerk who didn't have a visible name tag was very professional and personable. He did a great job of suggestive selling after informing me that the special I tried to order only pertained to the breakfast menu. Turns out the special he suggested was a favorite of mine. To top it off the fries were just coming up as I ordered. A great FRESH meal. The store manager, Ms Teresa Salinas needs to recognize the young man. I was there between 1:45 and 2pm on Tuesday March 10. The only thing I can mention about the young man is that he was Caucasian. Very good crew. I was there about 30 minutes and observed a very smooth flow in handling the business. As I was leaving I requested a bag to take my sandwich and a Hispanic clerk provided a sack and a professional and personable smile. Highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work, young people”

I always get a original Big Breakfast with an English Muffin instead of a Biscuit and those fansy computers can't handle that. Employees are nice, the store is clean. They had TV's but they weren't working. No matter, who doesn't have a TV in their back pocket these days?”
