“Ah my greatest weakness, Dairy Queen. I've been coming to this particular one for almost 50 years. What's that say? It means the food is as it was. Good, like the service. So often, in reviews, it's the one key element that can hurt a review. The quality is awesome. And the gentleman who took my order was nice. The girl who made my blizzard was just as well. So even though it's not the greatest job, it's nice when you get great service.”

“If you're in Downtown Hannibal and you need a quick pick me up, this is your spot. The coffee was tasty and you have plenty of flavor options to choose from. You can also order a sandwich and ice cream. Once you receive your coffee cup, its self serve and there are a variety of selections to choose from. I poured a medium roast called "Mississippi Mud" into my cup with my Irish Cream. After that I took a seat in there giant sitting area which was designed perfectly. This place is awesome. Get some tasty coffee here.”

“If a pretty waitress showcasing an ample busom is your thing, this is your spot. If an impeccable tavern menu is your thing, well, this one needs some tuning. We (3) sauntered in at 630 pm on a Tuesday. Kitchen staff was sitting out on the sidewalk at bistro tables hanging out and making a concerted group effort to punish their lungs with tar while feeding their nicotine addictions. We sat down and the aforementioned waitress greeted us with menus and headed off to get us beer. As she left the kitchen crew came back in... the three of us ordered a special from the menu: the Hawaiian burger; mistake x 3! Best part of meal was fries and beer! Burger arrived hot in a sea of very good fries. Unfortunately a Hawaiian burger featured pineapple and ham loaded into a bun struggling to live out what little remained of its useful life. Any taste of beef there might have been was lost in the sandpaper texture of a bun that had clearly seen better days combined with the way too much sweetness of a thick canned pineapple slab that simply overpowered what little burger there was. The ham was tough textured at the edges and did no one any favors. A table mate stripped all the junk out and just ate his burger which I regretted not doing myself. The beers were cold and the ac was on on a 97 degree day, so we hung for an hour and headed for the road full and cool but not really satisfied”

“My wife and I love the KFC Famous Bowl. However, it seems the portions are getting smaller. This time the bowl was slightly over 1/2 full when in the past it was almost full. We were there right before the dinning room closed so maybe they were running out. Biscuits were as good as usual.”

“This place is a food truck that doesn't move. The food is incredibly good. Service is excellent. Noodles are full of flavor. All the food tastes really bleeping good. The deep fried Hannibal roll and the cardinal roll are two of my favorites. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't. If you have then you already know. Buy some bigger clothes and go fill up. I've heard people say they would eat there everyday if they could.”

“Stopped in here for a brew and some dinner after a long day's drive. What a treat! The space is fun and evocative without being kitschy - lots of well-polished wood and an expansive bar. The beer - a fine IPA - was delicious. But the food... that was extraordinary! I had a catfish dinner that was truly outstanding - fish done to perfection and amazingly crispy fries. My wife had a taco trio and couldn't decide if she liked the pork better than the cauliflower or... maybe the chicken!”

“Cool little old place with a game/gift shop attached. The place is only open a few days/week. I've been there 3-4 times. My food varied from pretty good to stale... One instance, was obvious that my meal did not have a quality check before being served. Top bun of sandwich was literally disintegrating from being soaked wet, in grease... Bottom bun was hard stale... sandwich was served upside down is why top was soaked. Waitresses have always been very nice and attentive. I didn't complain to them, I instead write reviews. Last meal I had there gave me stomach cramps and diarrhea.”

“A charming 50’s vintage diner complete with black/white checkerboard floor, a long counter with swivel chairs and metallic vinyl booth cushions. Friendly hometown service. Had a great Denver omelet full of ham and green pepper, along with the best home fries I’ve ever had. A nice mix of locals and tourists. Highly recommend for a classic breakfast!”

“I have never eaten here (had to give it a rating to write a review) but was thinking about coming up and trying their Chicago style pizza. I noticed that in the pic the crust looks like the edges are burnt a little and some of the reviews have also mentioned it. Just wondering if this is how they are all of the time or what...”

“The food was great! Definitely recommend the Gourmet Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup! Calm and "at-home" atmosphere. There were minor aspects of the service that could've been improved, but nothing big enough to keep me from coming back. Definitely check out Greater Days for lunch if you're in Hannibal.”
