“Hands down, the BEST peppermint mocha frappe you will ever find! Customer service was amazing, environment was welcoming, and the outside seating area had a nice view. Locals are very nice and helpful. I really like that this place is just off the walking trail, so you can go for a walk/run before you indulge in some extra calories :) I also wanted to say that their bakery items were exquisite as well! My husband and I shared a Gooey Butter Cake slice and it was divine!”

“I walked into Brick House Coffee around 11:30 am on a Saturday. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman that assisted me in the ordering process. I didn’t know the drill, do you bring the food, and coffee or? I had lots of questions, this gentleman has good customer service skills. I got my latte and was glad I swiped right. The Swipe Right was everything as advertised, and more, it was delicious. I sat at a table by the window and took in the scenery while waiting for my food. There are many quaint areas for sitting and talking, eating or working. I’m impressed with my Verizon phone service in this building, but I noticed they offer WiFi if needed. My food arrived and I had to take a photo. It just looked it it was going to be good, and it was. The gravy had just a little kick. I could have done without the “green stuff”, but it makes it look prettier. I finished my food, cleared my table and visited the restroom. The decor in this room doesn’t really match the vibe of the rest of the place, but it’s clean, had warm water at the sink and I didn’t have to try to guess how to use the paper towels! I hope to be back soon, with some coworkers for a coffee break.”

“This was our first time here and it exceeded our expectations!!! Everything is made from scratch. They serve breakfast until 10:00 a.m. and then start their lunch menu. We ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and the sausage egg and cheese croissant. The biscuit was the absolute softest and fluffiest I've ever had! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offer specialty coffee choices and have flavored creamers. This is our new favorite breakfast place. Can't wait to try them for lunch.”

This is a very nice, quaint place, open, and airy, we loved the open face brick and old tin ceiling and dark wood-stained tables. Had the chicken salad sandwiches and the tomato basil and broccoli cheddar soups. Very delicious repast. Highly recommend this place if you're in the County/ Courthouse area of West Plains Missouri. “This location is fairly new. It is a beautiful building inside and out. I like the tiny touches like the hooks on the tables to hang your bags. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. One issue is that when the drive-thru gets really backed up, it blocks the whole parking lot for those of us that want to run inside to pick up a mobile order. But overall, this is my favorite Starbucks in Columbia.”
