“Small greasy spoon type diner. Has recently changed owners and is improving while mostly staying the same. It is very busy as times because it's the only place in the town to eat. Service is always at least decent and usually absolutely awesome. Their pies are not as great as they are famous for being but they have a huge selection so it makes up for it. The price is actually fair, it's cheaper for my family to eat a full meal at cookies than it is for us to go to sonic or someplace comparable. They are good at managing call in orders which is what many locals do at lunchtime.”

However absolutely no improvement in customer service, order accuracy, or even the gratitude generally expressed by most businesses for choosing their business over others. Proper training and supervision to new hires is a part of the problem. But management is the biggest concern. When there is a problem brought to the managers attention, it is generally blown off and treated as the customer is the problem. And sometimes it is the customer, but order accuracy, and a simple Thank you for your business can go a long way.”
