“Art & Soul is a nice concept, but I thought that signing up for a pricey cooking class would involve more actual cooking. Unfortunately, the majority of the class that I attended involved communally cooked dishes, with the chef merely asking for audience participation - "Who wants to crack the egss?" "Who wants to add the flour?" This made it feel like more of a demonstration than a cooking class, as I was hoping that I would have the chance to follow along and make everything myself. Luckily we were all able to work on our own entree at the end (pounding and frying pork schnitzel), but this was the only part of the process that everyone got to do on their own. I was disappointed by the experience.”

“Went in today for beer and appetizers at the Lincoln location. Approximately 25 patrons were at the establishment. 15 minutes after ordering 2 beers, the waitress came and apologized for the delay. 10 more minutes later, still no beer. Other patrons who ordered after us, were already starting round 2. We had to go inside and ask about the beers. They were sitting on the bar - for how long, who knows. The manager didn’t seem to care it took 25 minutes for 2 beers. This service is not typical for Local. We’ve previously been to Local when it’s packed and experienced FANTASTIC service. Not sure if it was the waitress today or if we chose the wrong table on the patio. While today was disappointing, we will continue to support Local, with hopes of better service.”

“Saturday evening, dinner. Service very slow, took about 20-25 minutes to get our food. Only one person head of us, the dinning room was empty. Tables were dirty. And they play the Coffee house xm station. It's horrible and I think of Amigos as a Mexican restaurant not a coffee shop. We been to 3 different locations in hopes of finding one that is managed well. So far no luck.”

The sides are limiting, there are no salads or fresh selection except on the kids menu. You can customize your burger but only to the extent that their menu allows. The best part of the meal is the custard. Many mix ins and options available (as well as custard sandwiches). Overall a place that we frequent ????”

“Good food. Bad, slow service. Terrible pricing policy. I wanted to order their wings for takeout yesterday but then I remembered my last experience. My wife and I have eaten here numerous times and have ordered takeout The service is ALWAYS terrible, but the food is good, so we kept eating there. That is, until the last time I ordered takeout. On Tanner's menu you can order 12 or 24 wings. If you order 24, you save a couple bucks. When I picked up my order, which was for two different flavors, I was charged for 2, 12 wing orders. I asked, "shouldn't this be the 24 wing price?" The woman working was rude and snide and said, "that's how we do it. It's policy." It does not say on the menu that the 24 wings had to be the same flavor. Loss of one star on principle. Loss of one star on terrible service (I mean EVERY time we go).”

“Absolutely fabulous food and service. The nice gentleman at the register took our order of gyro, lamb kebab, falafel, baklava, and drinks and we sat at our table outside and within 7-10 minutes, we had our food brought to our table, all while the phone is ringing and more people are entering the restaurant. The food, was incredible! The lamb was juicy and the seasoning was matched to perfection. The salad that came with the lamb was as fresh as can be. The falafel, as this being my first attempt, was outstanding in flavor and potency. All in all, an amazingly perfect meal on a beautiful day. But it wasn't until I thanked the maker of the meal did I realize that the man at the register, and the man in the kitchen, as well as I am assuming, the owner of the restaurant, were all one person. He makes amazing meals very quickly and at a low price. I am amazed that I have never heard of this place before. I will definitely be back .... tomorrow. ❤️❤️❤️”
