“All over delicious experience, in a nice atmosphere. The gyoza was pan seared with a delicious crust. Ramen bowl, with lots of options. We had classic noodles, tonkotsu broth, charsu pork with soft egg. Pork belly small plate had wonderful flavor, husband said it's the best he's had. And two really tasty sushi rolls, crunch and rainbow. There is some minor finishing work atheistically to the space needed, but a very nice start for a restaurant that just opened. Had some timing issues getting the food out. Will be trying it again.”

“I remembered this Deli from a stop here last year. Been here twice in the last two weeks. This is not the place where they count out the pieces of cheese, deli meat or the meatballs. I went for the white tuna salad sub and needed a fork to put back the tuna salad that was oozing out the sides. Unlike the "national chains", with a huge exposure, it's the little shops that are hidden away that need to be highlighted so that they can survive. If you have a chance, stop by and give Big Dave's a try. You will get a great sandwich. It's August 2021 and I'm back at Big Dave's. I've been away because I live in Arizona. In the last 4 days, I've been to Big Dave's twice. This time I had the chicken salad sandwich both times. Delicious and a sandwich worthy of praise. While I won't mention any competitors, we all know the one that measures everything. God forbid you got an extra meatball in their 6-inch sub by mistake. At Big Dave's, you will not be disappointed.”

“This is a great family owned ice cream shop. It is tucked away off rt. 16. The ice cream was delicious and great prices. They have outdoor seating and a small store inside selling maple syrup and other local products as well as meat and eggs. It was such a treat to fund this in our summer vacation and we will be returning for sure next summer!”

“My first experience with "The Moose" started as a teenager when the property was newly defunct as a ski area. We would hike up and snowboard down. In 2020 I visited again after all those years and it did not disappoint. My daughter and I played a round of disc golf and it was awesome. Last Spring I played a round with some old friends and what a blast it was! To date my only eagle I've scored in 1 1/2 years of disc golf occurred on hole 18. Everyone should come and "Shoot the Moose" if they get the chance. I look forward to my next round here!”

“Stayed here for a couples getaway. Nothing too fancy here, but we enjoyed our stay. It is pretty clean, although there was a few webs in our room and bathroom. The indoor pool could have used a little more cleaning as well since it was a little dirty. We enjoyed the rowboat a lot on the lake since we really love to fish and we were able to catch some decent sized pickerel. The main setback is the location since everything is about a 20 minute drive, and most restaurants are not open past 7pm or so. Nice place to visit and stay for a few nights if you enjoy outdoor activities, and if you bring plenty of drinks and of microwaveable foods.”
