There is an awesome view of the mountains from the inside air conditioned room, and on the lower outside deck. Joanne, our server, was very knowledgeable and personable. My server was Angel and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a very good attitude toward the restaurant and us as the customer. Me and my friends were up camping and decided to get a bite to eat. It was close to closing time and as most servers would try and shoo you out the door, angel was nothing less than excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants great, fresh food and excellent service. We will definitely be back”

“The New Woodshed is becoming one of our new favorite restaurants in the area. The burrata is amazing, so much so that our young daughters consumed 80% of it themselves. We always receive a warm welcome upon arrival and we love the ambiance of the bar area. We were also beyond appreciative that the manager offered the restaurant shuttle to drive us back to the public dock after our meal. Great sunset boat ride home after a lovely night out. We'll be back for sure.”

“In general this place has provided great food with a fantastic view. Unfortunately poor experiences the past few times I've been there have soured me a bit and I've had to drop to four stars instead of five. While the service is excellent, sometimes there is an issue with the food especially if you have someone with an allergy at your table. On two separate occasions we've had to turn back food that contained nuts after specifying no nuts. It's unfortunate but I have to recommend you really check your food before eating if you have an allergy because there is no fast way down the mountain to a hospital.”

“GREAT little store if u need something and u forgot it to get it in town or on your grocery shopping...but it's still a great store for the town because it's not to far and they have an atm, post office, and u can get ur fishing license and tag your deer there. I think that store has been around for 100 years ^.^ if you ever look arou d at what's inside..a lot of old and interesting antiques occupy the walls inside. It closes to early, that's my complaint if any. Oh there atm is often broken or not in service. But I think they got a new one.”
