“I mean, it's a burger king. Pretty self explanatory. Tried out one of those new impossible whopper things, super good. You really can't tell the difference between one and a real burger, it's awesome. I'll likely get those all the time moving forward. This burger king had pretty nice views and a nice design. Only real issue we had was a long wait for our food, around twenty minutes. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they might've just had an off day, but I figured I'd mention it at least.”

“This was a great cafe for breakfast/ lunch. The atmosphere was awesome- there's seating indoors and a really nice outdoor area with comfy chairs and decorations. The food was good but a little on the pricey side. I believe the veggie burrito was $6.99 and to add chicken was an extra $3.99. Seems like a small amount of chicken for 4 dollars but it was yummy!”

“We have a cabin in Tamworth and we're going to be there over Memorial weekend and we are looking for a place to pick up seafood. So I Googled seafood near Tamworth and I found this place and it triggered a memory. A few years we went to the cabin and wanted to pick up some seafood and we were in Conway and found this place. As we were pulling in the employee was leaving so we turned around to leave. He waved us in and reopened for us, which was amazing! Not only that he was super nice and personable, and had a lot of knowledge for the many many questions my brother in law asked. ???? And the seafood was fresh and amazing! Highly recommend this place!!! I will be coming again this weekend for sure!”

“We used Batter Up for our wedding at The Preserve at Chocorua and are so happy we did! Julie is so friendly and great to work with. We wanted to do cupcakes and a small cutting cake, and she was so helpful with flavors and designs. On the wedding day, she told us to just leave our cake cutting set and flowers on the table and she would set everything up. It looked AMAZING. Our guests loved the cupcakes, and they were truly beautiful. I'd highly recommend Batter Up!”

This place is ran by people who truly work with the goal of producing a great product. I did the brewery tour which is about an hour long and for the price it's really worth doing you get to know the history of the company, taste test plenty of the mead they sell. After going and having a good time they had me leaving with a new found love for mead!”

But I go there for my favorites, haddock, fried or baked, scallops, crab cakes, haddock _ and still more haddock, maybe my favorite fried haddock sandwich. No. Not the heart healthy thing, the one with the crispy fries and slaw. If you are really hungry, go early. Don't go in a large group: Much easier to find seats for two! It gets busy, pretty much all the time in the summer. Early is best. Or late. After the rush. Not the easiest place to find the first time out, but after that, you will return. Often. And you won't forget the way. Finally, don't forget the haddock. Wonderful. Every time.”
