Without doubt they cook the greatest quality of food and deserves 100%. The owner definitely seems new to the business but has an outstanding customer service and tries to give greatest food experience to every customer walking in through the doors. “Salmon salad so good I could cry! My partner is rolling his eyes at me while I eat this and reenact the “I’ll have what she’s having” scene from “When Harry Met Sally.” I should have snapped a photo before I stuck the fish with my fork, oh well. “First time here... really liked it alot! I got the Santa Fe chicken wrap and it was great. Chicken was juicy, fresh veggies crisp, southwest spread was spicy without killing the other flavors. Wide selection of sandwiches and perfect for lunch. Plus the cashier (I think it was the owner) was very nice and extremely helpful. “We always drove by this amazing place until recently we planned to stop by to have breakfast. Ever since we have had their food we cant wait to go back there over & over again. The old school brick charm of the exterior with patio seating makes you feel you are visiting a nice quaint locality in a small town. Its tucked in the quiet leafy neighborhood of Metuchen with its old school charm.. My go to bagel spot!! They have a free parking on the side which if you are lucky you might get, however, we always park on the back side at the parking lot & its pretty cheap - 50 cents for half an hour & plenty of parking !! Once u enter the store you will get lost in the amazing aroma of freshly baked breads, gourmet muffins, cream cheese, bacons & sausages, sandwiches , salads & ofcourse coffee !! We ordered their everything bagel egg and cheese & bacon(pork/ sausage) sandwiches which is $5.75 and oh man its so filling you cant have it all at once & also their modest egg sandwich is just $2 & egg & cheese sandwich is $2.75!! The coffee have three sizes, we love it as they make it with milk and sugar !! They were crowded, still they turned out our order very quickly..the bagels tasted so fresh !! All their gourmet bagels & breads are hand rolled & made fresh in the premises. Another interesting thing is they sell different gourmet muffins which we are yet to try and the various flavored cream cheeses are sold in three sized containers, salty and sweet (from jalapeno to strawberry) we have not ventured as yet in that area, would love to experiment more, also they serve varieties of salads, omelettes, specialty sandwiches , wraps & Deli meats & cheese !! This being our new go to breakfast joint, definitely coming back to try everything one by one!! Love it already !!”

“Really good bagels, plush, soft and cooked just right on the inside and shiny and lightly done thin hard shell on the outside. I can’t get good bagels in other states so I bought a couple and enjoyed them and I love the toasted bagel with cream cheese and lettuce tomato and onion. Perfectly done and I enjoyed every bite. This cream cheese bagel only cost me $3 so I can’t beat that. Thank you La Bagel. I would have given 5 stars if the person who made me the bagel wasn’t so gruffly and annoyed looking and was not friendly. He was fast and efficient but not pleasant.”

“We took a trip from Old Bridge, NJ, to this location, which was definitely worth the trip. The food was exceptional and was a flavor bomb of deliciousness. Quality food and top service!! This spot is called Umai Bowls, and boy, oh boy, UMAI FLAVORS 10/10 babyyyy!!! We ordered a Thai tea and passionfruit tea with passionfruit jelly and the steamed buns with Chicken katsu, the titan signature burrito, and the Japanese tacos. 10/10 for food 10/10 for cost”

“Great place to hangout and have couple of beers with friends/family. Wide variety of beers and the pub food is also pretty good. The wings are decent but onion rings are crunchy and delicious. But, the fish tacos are bland and dry. Do try their different draft beers - Blanking on the names, Kentucky... and their two German beers are worth a try. On the lighter side, the mango beer is also a good try. Their burger (not sure of the exact item name) is heavenly. The staff are friendly and are very cordial. I recommend a visit!”

“Love this place I think it's really awesome!!! The fruits are always super fresh and everything is delicious. One thing I wish is that they had a bigger than 16 oz smoothie option especially for custom. I noticed a bunch of the smoothie that was made sadly didn't fit into the cup and wasn't used! Also wish they could blend protein somehow into the acai bowl. Just some basic ways to possibly improve but I will keep coming back and recommend to friends!!!”
