“Always a nice time here. The restaurant is easily visible from the road and is usually lively. The interior is decorated with sombreros and a general Mexican theme. The food is good, and the servers are pleasant but slow. If the place is busy, as it often is, the wait time for each course gets lengthy. We like La Tapatia, but reserve time for it.”

“Jimmy's is the restaurant we celebrate special occasions at. We've been dining there since 2005 for New Years Eve and our birthdays. When you first enter at the bar you immediately get a sense of being a part of the Jimmy's family. There is cold antipasto on the bar for you to help yourself to while the savvy bartenders prepare your drinks. The food is fabulous. Since my heritage is Italian I order entrees I would never make at home. The pork chop Italian style is my favorite. It can easily feed two people. And you have to order the stuffed artichoke. It's a meal within itself. It is THE best you'll ever enjoy!!! Usually we're too full for desert but since we've discovered their pistachio cake we make room. I've been trying to get one if the food channels to showcase this AMAZING cake! Treat yourself to the culinary wonder of Jimmy's Italian restaurant. “I chose this for a very rare date because we go to Asbury infrequently and because it was on Open Table. It worked because this was a perfect date night restaurant. The ambiance (we sat downstairs, in view of the bar and the boardwalk) was extraordinary, the meal was outstanding, and husband enjoyed a Bourbon treat. We were very full and so declined dessert, but the choices all looked interesting. I recommend Stella Marina for your celebration meal!!”

“Came here for my birthday dinner with a party of 7. I wish I could remember our waitress’s name because she was outstanding. With having a large party (that i admit isn’t the most collected group when it comes to ordering) she took the time to make sure everyone had what they needed and asked for. With every order she confirmed that she got everything and never made a mistake. They atmosphere was great and the live music really made it special. Great margs as well! When we left every gushed about how great all of the food was. Will definitely be coming back!”

“Went there with a co-worker because we wanted coffee and a quick bite walked in and was instantly welcomed and asked how I can’t be served ... I also noticed the stand of nice hand made good quality bracelets and just had to buy one for me and my wife... empanadas where amazing with flavor and the cafe con leche was just as great.. highly recommend this place for great food with flavor great customer service and genuine concern for there customers 5/5 star and I WILL be going back .”

“I passed by the location a couple times yesterday. The fries with different flavors intrigued me. As I was leaving the beach I purchased the fries with the curry lime sauce. I should have read the menu board better, but maybe it's just the chef in me, but my expectations were that I was going to receive the fries tossed and coated in my choice of seasoning. In stead it was plain fries with a cold souffle cup of sauce..My personal opinion is that you would do a great service to you're customers by implementing the technique of tossing the hot fries in a bowl with appropriate seasoning. Just a suggestion.”

“Great atmosphere and ambiance. Beautiful large fireplace in center of dining room. Candles on each table and on fireplace mantle. Low lighting to set a nice romantic and cozy feel. Good beer and wine selection. Food is good. Went with something simple like a hamburger. Wide selection of how to prepare them. Very good. Juicy. Large party even after cooking. Wait staff was good. Very attentive without hovering. I very nice experience, and right on the boardwalk, so nice views. Has completely separated bar area, well stocked, and with wide screen TVs if coming in just to watch sports. Second floor has nice views, and has very nice Sunday brunch offering.”
