“My only complaint is cost. $20 for a Sheppard's pie that came in an elliptical skillet that was an inch deep, and had a horizontal radius of 8 inches and a vertical radius of 5.5 inches — not much pie. However, it was tasty. Fish n' chips were great. Nice atmosphere, and adequate service.”

“We've been coming to eat at Ada's since it was in Long Branch and we still love it. The new space is twice the size, very clean and designed with simple elegance. Everyone who works here is so gracious and Ada and her husband always greet everyone which I love. She serves both Dominican and Ethiopian food and they are equally delicious. The shrimp dishes are always so tender. The side dishes are great too. The empanadas are crispy and fresh. And the prices are fair which I love. Other Ethiopian restaurants are more expensive compared to here.”

“I visited this place while on tour from Nashville, Tn. The atmosphere was very relaxing and friendly. We sat at the counter and were greeted by a couple servers and the owner. We started to order the seafood platter but the owner told us we didn’t want that. I told him to make us whatever he thought we should have. He made two pastrami on rye right in front of us. A sweet server offered us some fresh pork rolls while we waited. The sandwiches came up with some fresh fries and we dug in. It was amazing. Everything I could want on a first visit to New Jersey. 10/10 would go back!”

“A local landmark with great homemade food! A great surf themed atmosphere with wonderful staff and very approachable owners. Beautiful views of the water as well. The food is delicious and fresh. The Larkin Special is a great sandwich and there are always amazing specials listed on the chalkboards. Unfortunately the prices have crept up over the years and the food isn't the value it once was but at least there are free refills on the coffee!”

“This is my new favorite McDonald’s in the entire state of New Jersey. In addition to having the friendliest staff, this super tiny store is one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. They handled my special request (check out that kickass Triple Stack) with a smile. I even got to chat with the manager who gave me some great 411 about the store and its operation. I will visit every chance I get!”
