Don’t forget to get y’all’s Agua’s frescas! They were delicious as well horchata made from scratch! Coming from a Texas female! Definitely will travel to come here again!”

“Service was excellent. Employees were always checking on me to see if everything was the way I liked it. My burger was cooked fresh and was warm and juicy on my plate when I ate it. I also tried the wings and the meat basically fell off the bone.”

“My boys and I stopped in on a Friday morning and had no issues getting seated right away despite a busy floor. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The area we were sat was clean and everything on the table was fully stocked. Drinks came right away, including a great cup of coffee in a traditional Mexican clay mug. The boys ordered pancakes, which they said were great but I ordered some real food. I got a plate of Migas with fried papas and refried beans. Walking in, the table next to us had two bowls of menudo, so the aroma was pretty hard to resist. I also ordered a small bowl to share. The migas plate was huge. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, great traditional flavors, and ended up having to pack up the menudo because there was so much food. Great visit and nice to have a real Mexican restaurant in a small NM town.”

“This is definitely some of the best bbq you can get in the area. All the meats were delicious and the burnt end beans were absolutely scrumptious!”

“Good was good but I think the enchiladas were put in the microwave because there was pieces of the tortilla and cheese was hard. Overall really good. Husband had the burger”

“Everything about this restaurant is cheap and low quality. From the dining area to the dining utensils. With tip, I payed $38 to eat on styrofoam plate, drink out of a styrofoam cup, and eat with a plastic fork. Service is super slow as well. Despite all these negatives, I still enjoyed my meal. I ordered the spring rolls, teriyaki chicken, and Chinese chicken. The teriyaki chicken did not taste like teriyaki and it was served with a sweet n sour type sauce, it was ok. The spring rolls were good. The Chinese chicken was very good! The server was very sweet and checked on me regularly. I left the restaurant belly full and happy. ☺️”

“Love the atmosphere of this place. So many different options for hot and cold drinks, ice cream and food (breakfast and lunch). Did not get anything to eat. Had a sugar free hazelnut latte. Sat on the oversized couch and just enjoyed the vibe. Very friendly staff. Would definitely come here again.”

“I was on my way to Colorado and wanted to go through Carlsbad NM and Roswell. I was just taking everything in and came across this statue next to road. Decided to stop because it was so striking and glad I did! Had such a great informative monument! Beautiful work and beautiful story that allows the history to be told!”

“This is the absolute best place to get fresh burritos in Artesia, NM. It's normally busy, but they move the orders out quickly so the wait isn't too bad. We go here every time we are in town. We highly recommend the combination burritos and the breakfast burritos. Their salsa verde is very good!”

“I stopped in to lunch here for a business meeting. One of the other people in the meeting selected the restaurant and talked highly of it. We were a party of 6, and without a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. That’s okay, I understand it is busy and we didn’t get a reservation. Service was ok. We were ready to order once we were seated because of our time in the waiting room. We provided our order and then waited. My dish came out AFTER 3 people had finished their meals. The serve just said, “sorry, I don’t know what happened”…. I had the Lawman, it was good. Other folks had enchiladas (they said that they were not impressed) and someone had the salmon (which looked delicious and that person said it was great). The setup and decor of the restaurant was nice and they’ve worked hard to make it look nice and be a fun place. I was only in Carlsbad for a couple of days, and may visit Carlsbad again in the near future, but I wouldn’t request to return to Trinity Hotel and Restaurant.”

“I had the chicken hibachi and a phoenix roll. My girlfriend had the cowboy roll and deluxe eel roll. Prices were high but not unreasonable. Our server was attentive and nice, we were greeted with clear onion soup and then he brought out ginger salad immediately after we placed our order. Food took 15-20 minutes to come out, which was impressive because the restaurant was really busy during our visit. I'm particular about my rice and the hibachi chef made the rice correctly, I was able to eat it with chopsticks. All in all a pleasant experience.”

“This Blake’s location has a drive through. I tried the season pumpkin pie shake and it was okay. The service was pretty fast compared to other Blake locations that I have been at. Some Blake’s can be extremely slow. However this one did a good job and the food was pretty good.”
