“This little dog-friendly gem is about one mile off I-25. They have a great patio where Fido is welcomed. The patio is covered and has very comfy swivel rocking patio chairs to enjoy sitting in while eating at your table. Friendly staff even tho they were short-handed. Clean bathrooms. Decent food. We ate there during a water shortage due to recent wildfires, so most eating utensils were styrofoam + plastic.”

“Honestly, the ribs are where it's at. The coleslaw is different, but amazing. It uses purple cabbage and is fine ground. Ive never had it this way, but i dont think i can go back now. The beans are also delicious. And the cornbread is soft and moist. But the ribs, the flavor or the sauce, the tenderness, the cartilage. They used a variety of rib parts, few bones and mostly meat and a bit of perfectly cartilage... which is how i like it. I'm recommending this place to everyone i know. Most dinner lists in google dont yield this place as a result, and most of the menus here seem to have similar fare; aunties is truely the hidden gem of las vegas nm with unique, filling, homemade food. My friend had the cream puff, she said it was bomb af. The owners are adorable and friendly. This isnt necessarily "a quick stop", but it is 100% worth the time.”

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant between New Mexico and Colorado combined with over the top customer service! “Got a burger from here and it was delicious. Pretty standard diner type burger. Large in size tho! Cost $9. There are lots of picnic tables to eat at. It’s cash only. There is a conquistador statue that is pretty uncomfortable to see (so much violent history…) but otherwise I got good vibes from this spot. You’ll see the Coca Cola sign for the turn in when you’re driving here. Otherwise there isn’t a sign.”

“A welcomed treat after spending time at the Pecos National Monument. Unassuming on the outside, inside is straight out of a western novel. Ordered the green chile/chicken enchilada casserole. Good..but, for my New Mexican taste buds needs a bit more fire. We were a group of 10 - service was fast, friendly and deserving of praise. Other meals ordered were just as attention getting. Group was 100% happy. Definitely would be a return customer.”

“Who knew some of the best food I’ve had in NM could be found inside a lil gas station? Please don’t pass this place up, it’s great!! We heard it was really good and decided to give it a try and we weren’t disappointed. I had the quesadilla and it was awesome. There are so many items on the menu to choose from. It was made quick and the staff were very helpful and kind. If I’m ever in the Pecos area again, I’m definitely stopping! Hope others try and enjoy this spot!!”

“Can’t think of a better name for this place. I ordered a couple of burgers and they were out super quick. It’s a quirky little spot on the corner and has some great outdoor seating. To be frank, the burger was outstanding. Cooked perfectly, lots of flavor, green chiles were on point. Had a great conversation with maybe the owner and the cook. Super nice and friendly guys. This place is awesome. I can’t wait to go back and get one of everything!”
