She put the burrito halves in seperate containers for us with our own beans & rice with our personal preferences of sauce. The brisket was delicious and the beans were smooth and creamy but still beans. The prices were very reasonable too. Gave a 2 for atmosphere only because there isn't any, it's a food truck/trailer.”

The prices are high compared to other coffee shops but they have drinks here you can't find anywhere else. And the atmosphere and staff make it totally worth it. “Great food, excellent service. We decided to go to the new Taco Mex y Mariscos on Southern in Rio Rancho. Today we did the drive through since we were in somewhat of a hurry to get home. Myself and my daughter ordered the Cocktail de camerones, and an watermelon Agua Frescas. Oh my goodness. Our cocktails were fresh, nice and chilled, with giant shrimp, diced cucumber, tomato, avocado, purple onion, radish, cilantro and lime juice. The broth was full flavored and a little spicy. It came with a packet of tapatio if you want it more spicy hot. And with lots of crackers. Good crackers too and lots. They were SO friendly at the drive through, like seriously they greet you with a smile and really good service. You just cant find mexican shrimp cocktails anywhere and these were so good, refreshing and flavorful. The veggies and shrimp were very fresh. We'll definitely be back to try more things. Next time were going to get the berria tacos!”

“Bidii Chidi is an amazing food truck with a rotating, delicious menu. Alex does his best at routinely setting up at different locations too so various people can access his food truck. Alex is also clearly a great cook! He changes things up based on the weather AND in-season produce which results in a wonderful, modern palate of Navajo/Southwestern flavors. BC has also done special orders for big events, like brisket/pulled pork/desert cups for the Super Bowl, which were also exceptional. As if people need more reasons to support Bidii Chidi, BC also regularly does fundraisers and donates all proceeds to various causes which makes being a BC patron that much easier. Thanks BC for being such a positive source of food and altruism in the communities you visit. It is not overlooked!”

“I have been wanting to try this area since I first saw it parked in front of tractor brewing. I’m really happy I did so today I walked up and wasn’t sure what to order so I asked for the recommendation. Jenny was quick to recommend the Arepa with chipotle, chicken or steak and potato, I decided to go with a Chipotle chicken. This is my first time having an Arepa. And I’m impressed I decided to get the plate with beans and rice. Next time I might just get the Arepa as it’s that good and I enjoyed the rice and the beans but I’m a picky guy. This Arepa he’s truly a ride full of flavors. I’m a sucker for any kind of homemade bread or tortilla. By the looks of their Facebook photos are tacos. Also look extremely tasty which was also recommended. However, I wanted to try something new. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Took it home 5 min up the road and it was still nice and hot! I did transfer the Arepa to a plate which was a lot more enjoyable to consume especially if you don’t like the taste of foil suggestion would be to use wax paper instead. If you’re craving something new or you want it a very tasty food truck definitely come by and see if they are serving. Sometimes there’s another food truck there as it seems they rotate.”
