“Excellent food. Very good bar. Nice wine list. The hostesses and waitstaff are all young and good looking but are not that great in terms of service. We had to ask to be seated at our reserved table since hostess was busy with friends. We had to ask waiter for silverware, water, water refills, dessert, the bill and a dozen things in between. Just lots of inexperienced staff who were busy being attractive but didn't know their jobs.”

“I was very impressed with the quality and size of the two huge, freshly made slices I had. Pepperoni and cheese were both delicious. Service was very good, speed as well. Price was very good too, two big slices and a bottle of soda was about $8. The only thing is they need more seating inside, but even with this small hiccup in my eyes, it's still a 5/5.”

“I got the strawberry watermelon salad and the clams. The clams were very good, and the Jazz music was nice and relaxing. Great spot for a nice dinner or lunch. For lunch the day before I got the half soup and salad with gazpacho that was amazing! Highly recommend the gazpacho, but it changes regularly.”

“Wow definitely impressed after our first visit. Food was delicious, portions were huge, service was great, and dinner for two was still under $40 with tip. My wife had a burger that was super juicy and so big she couldn't even finish it and I had chicken in a basket which was four pieces of fried chicken with an impossibly crispy outside and a super moist inside that was to die for. Both came with fries and mine came with a bowl of really good homemade soup. I liked the old time family bar/restaurant atmosphere with a bar at one end and tables at the other. I can see why this was my parents favorite spot in the 70's. Definitely a hit with the older crowd judging by the clientele yesterday. We got there at 5:00 on a Saturday and sat right down but it was getting crowded by the time we left.”

“Have been told by several friends to try Elmo's. I'm a HUGE wing fan. Nothing fancy on the outside (nor inside) but the Wings - AWESOME! DOUBLE-DIPPED... Who would have thought you could improve on a good wing. Cooked to perfection (I like crispy). I'll definitely be back. Was easy to find (Google map) no wait and decent service. Our server could have been more available, the tables around us were checked twice as much. Good beer list to go with those wings. Onion rings were good too. Did I mention the wings? Thinking about going back as I write this. We have so many "wing joints" around the Buffalo area - this one is now in my top 3.”
