“So the wife decided she wanted a fish sandwich for lunch. Not a fast food "fish" either. So I googled near by and found this gem. Our server greeted us with a kind smile and walked us to our table. Brought us a basket of tasty popcorn and took our drink order. Upon receiving our drinks, she then took our order, the hand battered fish sandwich. Now, I've not only had many a battered fish, but I've also made many working as a cook. This fish, however, was better than any the wife or myself have had. Just delicious, the only word I could use to describe it. I'm not a fan of fish without tartar sauce, but I tried this without to taste and was happy I did. Can be a bit pricey, but worth it. Very much worth it. Thank you for such a great lunch.”

“Real Italian food, homemade, and amazing!! I would have to say dishes are priced pretty normal, they are not much higher than a typical chain restaurant, if not equivalent to. The portions however are huge!! The only other place I could compare it to was Pinos off Abbott Road. This was an overall amazing experience and even though I live in the south towns, I will definitely be going back there!”

“Would have loved a better German beer selection. Kings Bierhaus and other halls like that always have the best of the best and widest selection. I think they could improve in that category. Food was pretty good, and prices were reasonable. Best honey butter and bread you'll find in town! Atmosphere at the bar was a bit lackluster, but looking forward to seeing what an Oktoberfest there would be like.”

Hubby had artichoke appetizer and lasagna with side of meatballs; both good but he loved lasagna most. Drinks poured on generous side. Have specials at bar and I think something on Sundays too. “It was ok. The manager told me they only put one piece of cheese on a "DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER" I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 double cheese burgers. I asked "in stead of making 4 burgers just add the cheese burgers to the double cheeseburgers. So I open the bag to 3 patties and 1 single piece of cheese. I don't get it. Whatever”

So this being my virgin trip to Buffalo, I had never heard of Ted's...they put on a great dog, also absolutely loved the split...being from Texas, I thought the chili wasn't thick enough, needed some beans too, more spice....but that is a personal preference. Anyhoo...the employees working here are friendly and attentive, major props to their parents for teaching them manners! Ted's Hot Dogs rule!”

“I always go here for lunch when I'm in a hurry. I always use the drive thru and it saves me a lot of time. I think like most people I usually have my favorite comfort food, which for me is junior bacon cheeseburger and either chocolate or vanilla small frosty. I get small because their sizes run larger than they describe. A small is actually medium in size and same for the large being very large. I prefer this fast food place to any other.”

We were very pleased with the pizza and wings. Very tasty and fresh. While dining there was a constant flow of take out orders by the locals so that was a good sign of great food.
