“This is definitely a busy McDonald's but i have to say the staff here really went out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I made a simple order for nuggets and had to wait significantly longer then usual because they had just started to cook a new batch. The manager personally came to apologize to me and gave me a coupon for a free meal for causing me to have to wait so long. It was nice to see such customer service coming from a fast food restaurant where you wouldn't necessarily expect it. I will definitely be back to this McDonald's.”

“I stop at Brand's Deli at least 4 times a week. I am always greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello. Fabiana, the new owner is doing a great job of maintaining the excellent service and quality of food there. I can only speak to the early morning breakfast menu but they make the best bacon and egg sandwich I have ever tasted. So glad I discovered Brand's when I first began working in Long Beach over 2 years ago. Keep it up. You have a customer for life.”

“While I think the staff here has improved over the years, they can still improve. The donuts however have improved exponentially. I had a chocolate donut with chocolate frosting. The donut itself was fresh and moist and fudgy, with not a hint of shortening or that greasy mouth feel. The frosting same thing, great flavor and creamy. Second donut was a chocolate coconut. Chocolate donut was same good quality as the first with the addition of nice sweet and fresh coconut shavings. Not sure if there is new management here or a new baker or both but my hat is off to the management and the staff. Nice job!”
