“The staff has always been very polite to me. Very helpful. Quick to help find something or answer a question. Prices are on par with what you would expect in the area for a convenient store/gas station. They have an air pump that I believe is still free. Parking in the front and on the side of the store. Entrance and exits from two different streets. Picnic tables in front near the door. Tables/booths inside where people are usually enjoying some coffee and conversation. I usually see hot dogs or other "roller food", plus mac and cheese, some type of soup, and free meat sauce and condiments for the hot dogs and "roller food". Great deals on ice cream. Seasonal donuts and pastries such as pumpkin flavor, and apple cider. Decent beer selection. Scratch offs and lottery tickets available. And they claim the best milk in New York (with proof), and they have milk cards that get a hole punched with every purchase (and they also punch the card for Stewart Refresher drinks).”

“What can I say? The tastiest middle eastern cuisine to be found! We were fortunate to have discovered this jewel of a family run restaurant while on our bike tour of the Erie Canal, just a short jaunt from Lock 20 where we had set up camp. Upon entering the establishment, I immediately marveled at the vintage diner that had been meticulously maintained. It was sparkling clean, the chrome polished and shining. As I spied into the kitchen, I knew I was going to enjoy something amazing. I happily watched the chef prepare all the fresh ingredients. Soon after ordering, our lovely hostess Maria set before us the tenderest, tastiest lamb and beef kabobs nestled on a delicate rice pilaf with a tangy yogurt sauce on the side. Maria’s lovely mother treated us to a plate of her authentic grape leaves deliciously stuffed with savory meat and rice and drizzled with lemon juice! For desert, we enjoyed hot Turkish coffee and home made Baklava. What an amazing dinner to relax over after a long day on the trail. I left feeling absolutely satisfied and so well taken care of like I had eaten at the table of family. A great dining destination!”

“Went out for date night to the Cutie Class. Anna let us in early to hang out and immediately the vibe felt incredibly personable. We had never been before and wanted to try something new. The class was small and intimate so it really felt like a personalized experience. There was food and wine for us to snack on for the duration of the class which was incredible. It was such a comfortable experience and was really fun to see our boards come to life. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend.”

“My husband and I have ordered from Utica for over the past year, since we where in the area this weekend we swung in to have some fresh drinks and grab some coffee for home. I was unaware that they didn't carry the 5lb bags in store, but when asked the lovely ladies there where on it! The team lead there went in back and brought me out what they could spare for their blueberry coffee then ground it fresh for me before leaving. Was it 5 lbs, no. Was it 3 lbs of our favorite coffee that I got to drink the next morning, yes! Everyone at the shop was so happy and willing to go over different drinks, definitely recommend the twilight lotus iced tea! Great coffee, great employees, and great service. We will never stop supporting this brand!”

“I got an everything bagel with lox and it reached the standard of what I would consider the typical NY style of bagel. They applied what I consider the ideal ratio of cream cheese to lox and tomato. I will come back to try some of their more personalized sandwiches.”
