“Went in tonight for pick-up having no idea what to expect. Very new restaurant still getting set up. I have no affiliation with this establishment but want to support local businesses. Ordered a schwarma sandwhich and it was delicious. Hot, and fresh, and served with sauces. It was wrapped well and the fillings were very good. The customer service was also excellent. I would order here again and suggest you give them a try as well!”

“Food was very good. I had the Ribs with tater tots & Cole slaw. Waitress was very attentive and had a pleasant personality. One person in our party ordered a cheeseburger and told the waitress to please make sure there was no bacon on it as she is allergic to pork. It came with bacon . The waitress had another burger cooked and was very apologetic. The burgers are definitely not as big as they used to be. All in all it was a pleasant meal.”

“When I get Chicken at Popeyes, what I count on is consistency in flavor & quality-and I was not disappointed. I get the 'spicy' for the little 'heat' in the crunchy batter. “The food was delicious. The staff here are friendly and the atmosphere isn’t as hectic as most other restaurants. The reason that I gave a 4 star rating is because I thought there could have been a little bit less sauce and less breading on the Piccata. Other than that it was very flavorful. I would highly recommend going here if anyone asked me about local restaurants. You’ll get a full Italian meal but remember to bring your own wine.”

“I usually go to Fairmount but I was in the North Syracuse. I went through the car wash and still had quite a few bugs on my car. I talked to a manager named Jamie. He let me go back through and he personally dried my car after to make sure I was satisfied. I think I’ll be going to this location from now on. EXCELLENT customer service. Don’t know if employees see these but KUDOS to you young man. Personality plus great workmanship. Well done.”

“Today at 2:30 pm I went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee. There were 2 cars in front of me. My 12 year old son was holding pizza we were taking home for lunch. It took well over 12 minutes to receive my order.... i found that in-acceptable and no apologies were offered either. I had 3 young kids in the car that were becoming increasingly inpatient.... I don’t know if I will visit this location again even though it’s closeest to my house!!!! I feel I should have been offered either a free drink or more for that since I received no apologies or sympathetic words!!!!”

“During my experience, the service was very friendly and home-like. I ordered clams and took the recommendation of the slaw and beans. The clams were not any better or worse than the average clam dinner. As for the other "main events", I wasn't a fan of the slaw (predominantly cabbage and yes, I was told it didn't include mayo) and the beans were a surprise (pinto beans) as I am from the south- these are not BBQ beans and were not heated well enough for my taste. The restaurant itself needs attention to cleanliness and updating of environment, including the parking lot. I won't be returning but I would say I received friendly service from the lone lady working at Jim's Fish Fry so on balance, it's slightly above average for that reason.”
