“The taste of the salad was good. It was obvious that it was all fresh ingredients. The broccoli slaw had 0 flavor which was kind of disappointing. We both added salt and pepper to it (I never add them to my food) and it didn't really help much. I didn't care for the tomato bisque soup. But I've never had a bisque version before so that may be how it was supposed to taste.”

“Panera is a great place to get quality food consistently at any Panera. What this Panera brings to the table is the location. It is in the 2nd largest mall in the United States. There is always free parking. You can always walk off the meal in the mall. The people watching is great. It is located at the old main entrance by the carousel. The food court of the mall is on a different level.”

“Hamburgers and bread getting smaller and prices higher. The triple cheeseburger for $ 3.00 is your best buy for a quick snack. Regular hamburgers have much more bread than meat”

“Great menu and cool design but the waffles are just not very good. I can make better waffles from my waffle maker. I really wanted to love this place but couldn’t. I think they should work on improving their waffles which I’m sure they can do. Woman at front counter was wonderful. I think I met the owner on way out as well and he seemed very nice”

“They know exactly how to do food here. Not open on weekends, this is function over fashion place where you go for a really really good choice of food. I have had some of the sandwiches and they are very good. Half of one is one meal for lunch for me, the other half later in the day. Pros.”

“If you like donuts and coffee then this is the place to be! They may have taken away almost all of their good sandwiches off their menu but they still got donuts! There's almost always a line but you get your stuff quick and Speedy! Quick and Speedy just the way you need it when you're just waking up and headed to work!”

“This is a real bagel shop. The bagels are not just baked like most places here they are boiled like a true bagel should be. The staff went out of their way to assist us and it was very well appreciated. The bagels were divine and cooked perfectly you can tell they know what they are doing. This is a must stop place in the area to really taste true carbs.”

“Neat spot for sandwiches and whatnot.Their Chili, though, is not really a chili, but more like a spicy chicken stew with some white beans, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers, no onions or chili cheeses on top. It wasn't too bad, but still a spicy stew, not a chili. The corned beef sandwich was good -- try it without cole slaw.”

“They were super busy but were definitely able to quickly take each customers order including the drive-tru and expedite it wish ninja like speed! It was super clean and well lit inside which allowed you to enjoy it's well maintained interior. The crew was very friendly and eager to take your order. The manager was elbow deep into helping her crew handle the work flow which made me understand why their crew were smiling and enjoying getting customers started on the day.”

“I received excellent service today at the Erie Blvd location. Two young women, Ra and Shy, were very polite and professional. I have 2 young children and work a lot of overtime so I visit this location frequently. Ra and Shy made sure my kid's happy meal was completely put together with the milk in the box and it folded shut. There's nothing I hate more then when someone hands me 2 chocolate milks through the window awkwardly and almost dropping it. Keep up the great work Ladies!!!”

“The food is awesome. The paninis are big for the price. They come with chips and a pickle or you can pay extra for a side salad. It has really good pastries as well. I love the cheesecake bites and the apple pie bars. I really like the coffee. They always have special drinks and sandwiches to try on the board. There are board games and comfy couches hidden in the back. It is a little hard to find but really worth a visit. Also, pastries and coffee are half off from 2-3pm.”

“Pretty cool cafe in a thrift store, part of a local roaster's chain. Seems fine to hang out! The coffee itself is good but not five star good. Just wasn't that special to my taste. But they try hard and I will give them a try again when I'm back in the area.”

“Their fish is amazing. They sometimes kindly tweak their menu to suit your needs. For me they replaced fries with an awesome salad (I'm not a fan of salads either!) . I also love their Cocktails. Their dessert is awesome too Sometimes it's too packed and they close their kitchen early.”

“This place had a fun college atmosphere at 9am! If you stay at the Sheraton, I highly recommend you walk down the road to have breakfast here. The bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel is buttery goodness, and the home fries are crispy as they should be. Staff is fun & friendly, food is fantastic! 10/10”

“Super cute coffee shop near Syracuse. It's a great spot to study and people watch. Comfy, colorful couches, casual college vibe, and lots of outlets (the most important part!) The iced mocha and omega egg sandwich (bagel, egg, cheddar, avocado) were both great. They have some unique drink options and all the standards too.”
