“I enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese this am from Dewitt Bagel company. When they were out of a specific bagel, we waited only 6 minutes for a fresh one to be baked and grabbed a few to take home. The bagels are more crisp on the outside than a typical bagel. There was also a small area to sit and they served Recess coffee. Unfortunately, the only kind they had this am was dark roast and decaffeinated. I would have enjoyed a light blend.”

More important to me was the two young folks that made the sandwiches and checked me out. If I owned a store, I would ask them to work for/with me! “Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they are on point. Sometimes they straight up suck. I have DD Perks. I always have my order ready to pick up at least 5minutes before I get there. I have waited for my on-the-go order here time after time again before work. These people have taken more time than needed to make a single iced coffee on more than one occasion making me late for work???? still my fault because I didn't leave 20 minutes for my coffee to be made. I believe they were understaffed for a long time or something because there was always only one or two people working when I had problems. When there is at least 5+ people I don't have an issue. Not sure what is going on management wise with this place but I hope they turn around since holding open interviews for hiring people every Monday for the past few weeks. Positive note: when I do have a good experience getting my coffee there is always this one male working who is very friendly and kind. I will have to get his name and edit this review.”

The flow of getting the orders was good, even considering now having the "On The Go" orders. I pray this place stays just like this! -One of the absolute worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. They are very unorganized, their main focus is the Drive Thru so they leave everyone ignored in the store. “It's dunkin donuts! Pretty good coffee and breakfast items. I end up getting the breakfast wraps, the sausage egg and cheese croissant, and various coffees. Their thin mint cappuccino tasted a little burnt, but countered the sweetness of everything else. The latte was really sweet, but wasn't burnt tasting. They have done decent deals at the moment on those crafted coffees.”

“Stopped here to redeem my Dunkin Perks "free birthday beverage" via the drive-thru..I could not get app to open up, so went inside so I would not hold up the drive thru line, finally got app open to find my "free beverage" was no longer in app. Despite the comedy of errors, the employee was polite, patient and just so nice. The employee redeemed my free birthday beverage regardless if the app malfunction. The employee also suggested I take a Dunkin Perks plastic card and activate this which could be used when app is not working or at any time at all. Beyond Excellent Customer Service!! Thank you! I had ordered a "Grape Coolatta" and it was fabulous!! Delicious! Lastly, this is by far my favorite D&D in the area! You can ALWAYS expect excellent customer service here!”

“This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. I had to go back to have a drink remade which is never fun, but without a doubt, they corrected the issue without me even needing to tell them something was wrong. I was asked by two different people to taste the drink before I left which to me was phenomenal. Definitely eliminated the possibility of me needing to come back a second time. Long story short, I’m not even upset I had to go back. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. That makes all the difference! To me, accidents happen. It’s how it’s handled and corrected that matters and I’m blown away by the customer service at this facility!”

“This is a great location with a drive-thru that is located in close proximity to the airport (less than 5 minutes away). “Today at 2:30 pm I went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee. There were 2 cars in front of me. My 12 year old son was holding pizza we were taking home for lunch. It took well over 12 minutes to receive my order.... i found that in-acceptable and no apologies were offered either. I had 3 young kids in the car that were becoming increasingly inpatient.... I don’t know if I will visit this location again even though it’s closeest to my house!!!! I feel I should have been offered either a free drink or more for that since I received no apologies or sympathetic words!!!!”

“One of the best ice cream shops I know of. The combinations of ice cream seem unlimited. The staff prepares the ice cream in a unique way and offer a selection of different toppings as well. “Panera is a great place to get quality food consistently at any Panera. What this Panera brings to the table is the location. It is in the 2nd largest mall in the United States. There is always free parking. You can always walk off the meal in the mall. The people watching is great. It is located at the old main entrance by the carousel. The food court of the mall is on a different level.”
