We ordered multiple entrees and two main dishes, and they were fresh and extremely delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it and wish the owners all the best. “This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. I had to go back to have a drink remade which is never fun, but without a doubt, they corrected the issue without me even needing to tell them something was wrong. I was asked by two different people to taste the drink before I left which to me was phenomenal. Definitely eliminated the possibility of me needing to come back a second time. Long story short, I’m not even upset I had to go back. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. That makes all the difference! To me, accidents happen. It’s how it’s handled and corrected that matters and I’m blown away by the customer service at this facility!”

“Food was very good. I had the Ribs with tater tots & Cole slaw. Waitress was very attentive and had a pleasant personality. One person in our party ordered a cheeseburger and told the waitress to please make sure there was no bacon on it as she is allergic to pork. It came with bacon . The waitress had another burger cooked and was very apologetic. The burgers are definitely not as big as they used to be. All in all it was a pleasant meal.”

“My first time here at Utica Pizza and we were greeted by a very attentive and friendly waitress and the delicious smell of pizza as soon as we sat down. My companion had been here before so she granted me some extra time to look over the vast menu. Salads, pizza, hot and cold sandwiches galore! We opted for wrapinis today because we needed a quick lunch and they were both large and yummy. The fries that came with it were seasoned extremely well and were hot and crispy. I plan on returning to this casual dining place and bringing more friends along with me so we can eventually taste test our way thru the menu. If all goes as well as today's experience then it should be a flavorful and fun ride. ????????”
