“We visited this restaurant on a Friday evening around 5:30 pm, there were two tables occupied in the restaurant part, but at the hibachi tables it was empty. At about 7:00 p.m. when we were getting ready to leave, one more hibachi table filled up. I like the idea that they have a lite menu, pay a little less and get a smaller portion. My son order that, and said he was satisfied, full, but not overfilled. Although I did not order that from the menu, I found that the servings of fried rice and noodles and chicken were small compared to other hibachi restaurants. The salad and dressing was delicious, the soup is good too. we ordered tempora which I have not done in a long time, that was well made and tasty also. my daughter, 12 years old, ordered the California roll. She said that was very good, my wife agreed. A few pieces of my chicken tasted like they were either freezer burned or refrigerated but not covered if that makes sense. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant for a visit.”

Parking can be an uphill climb for senior patrons. Seating can be a little cramped at the tables with staff and patrons moving about. Clean relaxing atmosphere. I've been coming here for 20+ years. “We only ate from the sushi bar, and it was really good. I could tell the fish was very fresh and they have very nice presentation. The service was good as well, they were very patient while we decided what to get. The only off-putting part is the layout of the restaurant itself. It has awkward spacing and is very dim inside. Location wise, it's kind of away from everything, but on a main road. depending on which direction you come from, the parking can be deceiving. There's 4 spots right in front of the restaurant, but i suggest parking to the right of the building as the front spots let out directly onto the street and can be difficult to get out of if there's heavy traffic. Overall, great place to get a sushi fix. They also do takeout.”

The place has plenty of tables away from the bar area, pool and darts. The regulars are a great group of people. Prices are quite good... Big portions & the employees are the best. Lots of buy-backs and people buying each other rounds. Beware it can get crowded on weekends with locals coming in to watch sports. Heartily recommended.”

“Everyone is so friendly and attentive here! Small place but very nicely done. Loved the ambiance. Suggested to make reservations. We got the hot antipasti plate as an appetizer and it had a nice mix of items. Entrees were a decent portion and came with a salad. The mint chip Gelato was seriously the best I ever had. My only complaint was the waiter offered us bread and didn't inform us it was a $10 charge. (we later found it said so on the menu but hadn't gotten there yet) don't get me wrong it was huge and delicious but half of our table doesn't normally eat bread. Overall great experience and would go back again!”
