As I was choosing from their wide selection I heard and saw how the staff interacted with the regulars, creating a homey and welcoming environment. They were so kind and I felt more like a friend than a customer. There’s great areas for both introverts to hide away and extroverts to be open and have conversations. The desserts are absolutely amazing and so yummy, I peeked in the back and saw the mixers and varieties of ingredients to make the desserts in-house. The best part is that it didn’t break the bank to get some really good coffee and desserts. Being here made me happy and more connected to the community, shop small businesses and come here!”

“My friend lives about 5 minutes from this restaurant, so I have been there a few times. Matter of fact; was just there last night for dinner. One of the specials was short ribs with mashed potatoes. Yummmm. Came in this huge dish that reminded me of a big spaghetti serving bowl. Meat was extremely tender, real mashed potatoes. (Not from a box) my friend had the grilled chicken with roasted red peppers, and Cole slaw. She loved it. Oh, my meal came with a soup. Had the potato and bacon soup....delish. if you need a snazzy/ ketchy place, this is not for you. If you want great food with great service with a homey feel, this is for you. Reminds me of being in a mom and pop place off the beaten path that cares about the food and customer, (Hidden gem) You can't go wrong here. So much food I brought a doggy bag home.”

“We ordered catered food twice from them and had a great experience both times. The first time we ordered in advance off of a recommendation and wasn't disappointed. The second time we ordered a few days in advance and they took care of us. We ordered plain Mac and cheese for a toddler bday party and even though they didn't have it on the menu, they were able to accommodate us. Would order again for any function we have in the future.”

“Ok this Chinese place is usually wonderful.The food is still amazing but I would like to call out one particular woman whose name I don’t know. I ordered beef lomain and chicken and fries. I asked for delivery. When I got my food, there was no chicken there and it was just a bunch of fries. I called the place because the chicken is ten dollars and she said “I didn’t know what type of chicken it was so I didn’t put any”. I said that she could have asked but then she started rambling and accusing me of lying. I hung up and I hope that is the only bad experience I encounter with this place. It is a great place overall.”

“Ruvo is reliable for a wonderful italian lunch or dinner...for 2 or for a group. It has been a mainstay in my immediate and extended family's rotation for years - we are in about once a month on average. The restaurant is cozy, and decorated nicely with classic art work and a rustic wine theme. The food is great. Specials are well prepared here, and their menu items are solid as well. They have a great $10 lunch deal, and this includes Saturdays which was a nice surprise for my group this past weekend. Service is friendly and professional. They take the time to acknowledge their regulars. Though I haven't personally ordered much to drink from the bar here, I've been with those who do and their martini's are always snazzy looking. Their wine selection is top notch. Don't forget to order dessert - you don't want to miss that!”

“Started great and got better. Rob managed to get us a table for 8 people at 7pm on Saturday when we called him at noon. Table was ready. Our server was AWESOME. It was my wife birthday and she was thrilled at the dinner and service. Food was outstanding. We had various steak offerings and all were great. The potato chip and bacon appetizers were really good. Dessert is also great. We frequently dine here and recommend to everyone”

“Ate here in 1975 Rice n Gravy Egg Foo Young Sauce probably. Was 15 didn't have wads of cash so young but we liked it. Adam K brother Steve K always talked how good it was. Simpler times. Good Cantonese food Chicken Chow Mein, Jumbo Butterflied Shrimp & Lobster Sauce, BBQ Pork Egg Foo Young, Wonderful Egg Rolls, Moo Goo Gyai Pan, Spare Ribs and Traditional Chinese Gumby Rice (white) You will not be disappointed period !!!”
