“If you want to practice your Chinese speaking skills, it's a great place. Otherwise it Seems Americanized. I got General Tai's tofu and was stoked it came with fresh broccoli. Many items, veg, have oyster sauce in them so I had to order off the menu. Anyway, I basically got protein & veggies I wanted for late lunch. Have enough left for a snack later put into my reusable soup cup for personal carryout leftovers. I'm vegan, so food is expensive & tough to come by. Not sure whats in the outer coating, but I survived. It's Chinese food that leaves u disappointed for the more gourmet version, definitely.”

“We LOVE their pizza and wings. The beer selection is just OK... I wish they had more popular brews. Sometimes the pizza staff aren't the friendliest but the pizza makes up for it!”

“Cheap and convenient. I love the yellow curry tofu. Sometimes, the rice is only half cooked.”

“Working in town from a couple of hours away. I wish they had a location close to home. Phenomenal and unique pizza. Hoping to check out the all you can eat wings next time I'm back. I know it will be a summer of superb pizza now.”

“The best food and service I have encountered in Ithaca. Prices are very reasonable and they don't upcharge for dinner vs lunch like some other places do. Location is also very convenient. I gladly tip 30% here; can't say that for any other place.”

“Decent food. The burger place takes a while to make your food so be warned. The asian place is just as trash as the one in Trillium. Pizza place is ok. Better than most places but not as good as NY pizza.”

“That guy at desk needs to retire. Seriously. Can't really say what his problem his. This place features decent food choice with all you dare to eat formula. Food ain't bad but can get quite overcrowded. Free ice cream yeah!”

“The food was excellent, but pricey. Steamed Sea-Bass and eggplant were great, but the bill was a surprise. To be fair, we didn’t look for the price of the Sea-Bass, we just ordered, which is on us. The restaurant was nice and clean, the furnishings are ordinary. We would visit again.”

“This cafe is very cute but it is hard to find. It is in the basement of the building so if you go inside on either side of the central entrance there are these staircases that look like they’re going to a creepy basement but they actually go there. Or there’s a central entrance that also looks kind of sketchy. But once you find it it’s not sketchy at all! It has an awesome aesthetic and is a great place to study or do group work.”

“Delicious yet quickly prepared South(east) Asian meals for students on the go! Mostly prepared by a Thai/Burmese chef at Cornell, like homemade fair. Menu favourites are: Chicken/Tofu Tikka Masala; Pork or Vegetable Ramen; Korean Rice Bowls; Franny's PHOrito(ingredients of Vietnamese pho, including rice noodles, beef, assorted veggies, and Hoisin sauce wrapped up in a tortilla.) It's hard to go wrong with most anything on Franny's menu, enjoy!”

“Very polite and nice staff. The food is good and the ingredients are fresh. Can't really remember a negative thing about the cafe from the few times I have stopped by to grab lunch or coffee.”

“Good lunch spot. I wish they could serve breakfast all day and maybe have a few more vegetarian options maybe with tofu. I will go back one day because the desserts were delicious!”

“We dined at The Heights to celebrate my sister’s graduation. I hadn’t been to the restaurant in almost ten years since I had been a student in the area- I remembered it being so delicious! The graduation dinner couldn’t have been more perfect. We were seated outside in the covered garden. Although it was tight, the servers were able to maneuver stacked plates and trays of glasses. A special shoutout to the lady refilling water glasses & clearing plates. Our meals were incredible. The crowd favorites were the sweet & sour short ribs and the salmon. Our server, Joe, was incredible! So friendly and he beautifully answered all our questions on the menu. I won’t wait another ten years to go back to the restaurant! I hope to come again this summer and definitely request Joe again. Thanks for making my sister’s special night so memorable!”

“As a student at Cornell University, I eat at Terrace at least once or twice weekly. It consistently maintains its high standards as the best, affordable dining facility on campus. I was prompted to write this review because the customer service and food quality are unbeatable. I hope that everyone reading this review makes the wise choice to try it. My review will explain why “Terrace” is an outstanding culinary choice. Terrace has two components that make it stand out: great food and great customer service. The food is fast, reliable, and consistent. It offers an amazing burrito line, a tasty salad bar, and a savory pho station. My favorite dish is the Steak burrito bowls offered on Monday and Wednesday. If you like spicy food, try the “Boom Boom” sauce. The food speaks for itself, but what makes Terrace really shine is the employees who run it. Every employee is kind and they all greet their customers with a warm, welcoming smile. Employees are all trained to be efficient and treat guests with respect. Terrace is the best fast-casual restaurant Ithaca has to offer due to its customer service and high-quality food. If you are on campus, “Terrace” is worth the trip. I highly recommend everyone reading this post to give it a shot.”

“The Establishment was a real treat. We had a truly memorable evening. The menu has lovely options and the service is wonderful. I did not expect the beautiful views and the fireplace. Can't wait to return!”

“I was extremely entertained with their savory NY steak. The steak was cooked just perfectly. While outer surface was very crispy, inside of it was greatly tender and meaty. I've considered it was my real first time to enjoy NY steak properly. I was also fascinated by the taste of its fat portion. It's a memorable experience. Excellent!”

“Only accepts big red bucks until a specific time. There are some interesting options to choose from smoothies, sandwiches, and other foods, drinks, and snacks, but my favorite is the pizza. It's simple, a little greasy which I don't like, but delicious. Personally, I go often while they accept big red bucks for a quick slice.”

“Risley offres a somewhat sizable arrangement of delicious food! Risley has many great options for vegeterians and vegans; it's also completely nut free. The atmosphere at Risley is that of an elegant, high ceiling, Hogwarts-like, dining hall. I would recommend Risley if you're looking a good feel of Cornell dining halls.”

“Friendly handsome staff! Wonderful delicious food! They even made a brand new pizza just for me to have a slice because they didn't have the eggplant Parmesan that I love so much!! Thanks guys! One of my favorite haunts in Ithaca New York. A fresh baked pie from Ned's cannot be beat. Do yourself a favor grab a slice or a whole pie right now.????❤”

“Located on the Cornell University campus, The big red Barn is a wonderful meeting place for graduate students and exhibits. The parking lot offers a stunning view of Cornell's watchtower and landscape. Indoors is a cafe and plenty of room to stretch out with tables and chairs sofas and nooks here and there to settle in or visit friends. Housed in a renovated Barn the building has an old-time ambience that is accentuated with some new architecture that blends with the building seamlessly. The building is surrounded by lovely gardens.”

“Lots of great options. A great place to blow big red bucks if you have them, otherwise a little pricey. The food and options are just so good though. Warning freshman/newcomers: if you're schedule is right, you will find that halfway through the semester you have gained 15 pounds and all your big red bucks are gone. Consider this your millionth, and not last warning.”

“This is for their dining hall. Great variety of good food. They alternate the menu at a good frequency as well. One of my favorite things to do is fill a bowl with Cornell Dairy yogurt and granola that they always have and mix it all together.”

“Easily the best fish and chips I have ever had, and I have family in London (and have been there), and the best flatbread pizza and French dip sandwich. VERY reasonable prices. The chef is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend going here!”

“We enjoy eating here despite inconsistent food preparation. Kids eat free on Tuesdays which makes this a nice place to treat the family. I like their Agava burger but they rarely cook it properly. If you like well done burgers, this is your joint! If not, get a flat bread or torta. Despite it being a Mexican restaurant, I find the non-Mexican dishes to be better prepared. I love Mexican food but haven't had great experiences with theirs, mostly due to inconsistency. One time it will be great but the next time ruins the experience so I stick with the flat bread and burger.”
