“This place is alright. It's got good comfort food and a laid back atmosphere. It's always crowded and there are certain rules for how you get a table. I think it involves a chalk board or something. I haven't figured it out yet. If you go, go with 10 people and you can get the private room upstairs. It's apparently a well known place on Central Ave in Yonkers known for its wings. The wings are big, I'll give them that. One wing basically equals two. Once you do get a table, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.”

“I have been coming to this Burger King for over 35 years. It's always clean and neat. The food is consistent and the help is always friendly. I've done the drive-in plenty of times and have been very happy with it. It doesn't get that busy at any one time because it's consistently busy throughout the day. I wish it were open late at night. The bathroom is always clean. Parking is very easy. It's in a convenient neighborhood location on central Avenue just North of Old Army Road in Edgemont. I often see many neighborhood people here and lots of families. Nothing is ever stale because they make it fresh right on the spot and you get hot food. Enjoy this BK one day.”

“Best Indian and vegan options out there. It's very vegetable focused, so a lot of the food on here is vegan. Yet, it makes me happy to find places that, despite its potential limitations like veganism, can still shine as a diamond of a restaurant. It made me sad to see that there weren't that many customers because it's a fantastic restaurant. It's a local family-owned place too. We got to know one of the owners who was also serving us. Only hiccup with Vega is the price point for Mexican food- you can find it significantly cheaper in many more local authentic Mexican restaurants with larger portions. I understand that the ambiance gives it its price point. But the second issue is with delivery. No matter what outlet you use it takes well over an hour. So plan ahead my friends...”

“All of the food is absolutely incredible, the restaurant is really nice, also romantic. The only issue is the prices are quite high, but it is a high end restaurant...what do you expect. The service is out of this world! I only go once a year, yet I feel like I am friends with everyone there. A small issue is that if you are sitting facing the window, occasionally a car that is coming from the train station will shine their brights and it is bright for half a second. Great place to dine!”

Drinks were expensive, $14 for a cocktail. That seems a bit excessive to me. Next time, I'll get a beer on tap which I prefer anyway. Ate here again for the second time this past Saturday. I felt compelled to offer an updated review based on our experience. It was even better this time. The food here is so good. I think the octopus and the pork shank are perfect dishes. “I came here for lunch with my sister back in October and it was kind of disappointing. I was very excited to eat here because of the beautiful location and the name of the place itself. We were lucky enough to sit outside with a beautiful view of the Hudson River. The server who attended us was friendly but he just didn’t care about the food or the menu. I asked him about one of their chicken sandwiches and his reply was “it’s good” with no emotion! If you wanna sell your food and wow me, give me more than “it’s good”. Anyways, the food itself was okay. It tasted like something I could make at home. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a side of salad. Like I said, it was okay. Nothing special. But it was about $17 which I feel is a little much for a sandwich of that quality. My sister ordered a salmon burger and she felt the same. I’m glad I tried this place out because I’ve always wanted to. I wouldn’t come back though. If you were to ask me, I’d say save your money. But if you are like me and like to try things out for yourself, then go for it. Maybe you’ll choose something better on the menu than I did.”
