“Meh. Recently had dinner hoping to catch up with a friend I had not seen in a while. We settled on Riviera based on the reviews but our experience fell short. Arrived a little after 6:30pm on a Friday to an empty restaurant. Three other tables seated. Service was extremely rushed. We ordered an appetizer and the waiter returned three times to take our entree orders before the app even arrived. The bar is very limited. Standard drinks, no margaritas. My cosmo arrived with a dead bug in it. The Manager, Michele who doubles as the bartender/hostess was very apologetic and quickly made me another. Food was decent, nothing remarkable. The restaurant remained empty for the remainder of our hourlong visit. If you’re looking to have an intimate dinner, you may want to rethink patroning this venue. You’ll be rushed and hovered over until you pack up your meal and leave. Ended up going elsewhere for dessert.”

The new dining room and private party room are elegant. The original main dining room now has a gorgeous granite bar. Happy hour from 4-6 has half price wine and beet with free amuse bouches.
