“I don't have enough words to express how absolutely incredible my experience here was. The energy, The people, The drinks and the food. It was all entirely more than I could have imagined. It was comfortable and exciting. Like being at a party with your best friends. We made core memories here with a group of talented, entertaining and all around amazing humans. This was my first time here and I can't wait to come back again!!!”

“Good home style sandwiches. Had a club and a bbq pulled pork on sourdough. Lots of meat on both. The pulled pork is very sweet. Deli is located inside the farmers market, in building A. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.”

“Let's get this out of the way, the fries are terrible. There's no way you're going to get a good fry consistency with tiny half inch shards and five inch planks in the same batch. Some are going to be nearly burned and others undercooked. Even the salting was inconsistent. Fix your fry game before summer, please, I plan to live at Hi-Wire this year. On to the burger! This beast was called The Kitchen Burger, I assume because it had everything and the kitchen sink. They put it on sourdough toast, which I didn't understand until I opened a BRICK of burger. It's enough for two. Beautifully toasted sourdough slices smothered in grilled onions, bell pepper, cheese, two patties and honestly the best bacon. They use Dukes, so hat-tip for that. The patties were standard, well executed, but the MVP was the bacon. This isn't store bought bacon, it's thick and juicy and AMAZING. Keep in mind it's probably just one person working the truck, which means the kitchen and the POS, so be patient and be kind. For $16+tip this was a solid deal, and the location works for me. Happily adding to my rotation. 🙏 As a concerned citizen, FIX YOUR FRIES. 🙏 *The fries in the picture are a small portion of the fries that came in the bag. I took creative liberties to get the burger in the shot.”

“We were visiting Asheville for our anniversary and had lunch there. The atmosphere was so “Asheville vibe” making it a must-do if you want to experience the artsy, casual essence of Asheville. The service was great! The food was fabulous and perfectly prepared. Super interesting menu with unique daily freshly prepared specials. Beer and cider selections were extensive. It was a great way to complete our trip and create a great memory of Asheville. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!”

“Really cool spot in downtown Asheville. It has a dive bar feel but is clean with a good beer and drink selection that is not crazy expensive. Chill spot to hang with live music every night they are open with local residency bands and amazing up and coming national talent. There is a great kitchen slinging a mix of sandwiches and pizza by the slice until 2am. It truly resembles the true local Asheville feel while being very welcoming to anyone who comes in. Must do on your night out in town!”

“Date night! My husband loved it as it was his first time there. The food was great but the spinach dip was different not the usual recipe. We had to send it back! The waitstaff is always super nice and helpful. We sat outside until the rain came. Anyway great place for a group or couples!”

“I love this place. Every time I come back I try something new and I’m never disappointed. Their pork belly bao is so crispy and juicy and it melts in your mouth. Whenever we have vegan or vegetarian guests we bring them here because their veggie options are bomb too. Love their fresh veggie spring rolls!”

“Highly enjoyed a dinner here tonight! More casual than the melting pot itself, but just as delicious. Love that you can add extra dippers and make your own cheese and chocolate fondue. We had cheese fondue, a flatbread and chocolate fondue and left full! Lots of fun and highly suggest!! PS you should bring this to Nashville TN!”

“If you are craving incredibly delicious, flavor-packed Jamaican food, then look no further! We were lucky to have Queens Island visit our neighborhood. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and let me tell you, "Queenie" can cook! Her marinade game is next level! We ordered the Jerk Chicken and Brown Stew Chicken with rice, festival and plantains. The food smelled amazing and tasted even more incredible. The brown stew chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, stewed in a rich brown gravy like sauce. The jerk chicken had the perfect slight tang and kick. My husband and I took one bite of each dish and our eyes were rolling in the back of our head! The rice with the brown sauce, with the sweet plantain and that delicious festival (which my daughter took and ate all of ours) had us licking the plate. I've had "Jamaican" food in lots of restaurants over the years and I can say this truck is the best and is legit! My husband said of the 20 food trucks we've hosted, this one is his favorite! AND Queenie and her family are such friendly and lovely people! I also appreciated the art on their truck. It's clear a lot of pride and love goes into their food and their work. Run out and try their food, you won't regret it.”

“Fresh delicious home brews! Great atmosphere. Pizza next door. Spot on perfect. Don’t know how they bring so much flavor to a 4% beer but the Coffee Milk Stout is friggin great. Robust.”

“The best Mexican restaurant in the North Asheville by far. The high quality of the ingredients is much better than that of other Mexican restaurants. You could tell everything on our plates was cooked fresh. The meat was tender and of high quality. The prices are still fair considering the caliber of the food. The restaurants is beautiful and the employees are friendly.”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about this new gem of a restaurant! The food is authentic, fresh, and delicious. The owner and everyone that works there go above a beyond to make your experience the best it can be. They even went to the store for me while we were there so that I could try something on the menu that they had run out of. The service is fantastic, and the food is even better. 100% recommend this place to anyone and my husband and I are planning to become regulars! Thank you La Rumba for the best experience ever!”

“Holy ****. Best dam burnt ends I've had in my life....and I've been to Texas, Memphis, Kansas City, and Omaha. I'm embarrassed to say I ate a whole pound of them. And will again undoubtedly”

“Always packed. Don't worry they really do a great job of getting people in and out. Told us 30 to 45 minutes, we got to our table in less than 10. Food is absolutely the best. I would recommend everything. Our waiter was very attentive. If you are in the area it is most definitely worth waiting.”

“Bottle riot is one of my favorite places in Asheville for a quiet drink or a fun crowd on a busy night. The atmosphere is always great and the bartenders are the best! However I've noticed that the music has changed lately - it used to be so comfortable and atmospheric but now has no flow and is very jarring and hard to write to. I love it here but the music lately just really doesn't fit the fresh and lively vibe”

“Food and service were both excellent. We stuck to the small plates and had 6 of them. What I really liked about the dishes is that they are complex, with lots of different flavor combinations. They are all unique, and I think reasonably priced for what you get. The service was great as well, we like how they paced everything. Would definitely return.”

“Fun ambience, and quality ingredients for sure. Lamb stew was delicious, otherwise the croissant madame and French dip were slightly lacking. We had hoped for a bit flavor given the price and that those were the two top recommendations of our waiter. The food came out a bit lukewarm, which may have affected the taste. Also, if you’re sitting on the patio, bring sunscreen. We weren’t offered an umbrella and left with sunburns.”
