“My son asked for an apple dessert pizza as soon as we got there, they said, 5 minutes and they don't do personal dessert pizzas. He knows to ask because it's his favorite and he watches for it the whole time. It still wasn't out when our party had all finished our main courses. He had already asked 2 more times and it finally was put out when we were all finished with dessert and clearing the table to leave. Thankfully he got to have some, but it was gone as quick as they put it up there.”

“We love coming here. We went last night and had excellent service. I can’t remember the guys name but I couldn’t ask for service any better. The food was good, very prompt. Never had to wait on drinks. Never had to ask for refills. Big props to management. This place can handle big crowds at any time. Very impressed. Seemed to be very clean. Great experience. “Food is generic Panera, but there seemed to be less broccoli in the cheddar broccoli soup and fewer apple crisps in the apple-chicken salad. Weren't given a choice of bread, apple, or chips as is normal. Only place I've been where they refused to put a latte in my own travel mug. Said health inspector wouldn't allow it, so I guess all the other Panera locations, independent coffee shops, and even Starbucks are violating health regs. Cashier was not rude, but rote and after telling us about a $ off beverage, had to be asked to apply it. If all Paneras were like this one, I would look for alternatives.”

The only negative, which is it really the fault of the store, is that it is a little hard to get in and out of. There are several stoplights and they are long. This is a problem if you are just trying to quickly get off and then back on the interstate. But if you can spare the few extra minutes, I definitely recommend.”

“It's a good place to eat, but this particular night the wait was horribly long and the staff was shorthanded. As customers left, the tables remained dirty and customers had to wait. It's rough being on a wait list and seeing empty tables remain unclean. It's like being so close yet so far. I would have cleaned my own table if they would have allowed me too. They just needed more support on this night. Other than that, it's a good place to eat and enjoy sports.”
