“This is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat the portions are very generous and the food is delicious. The crew that works here are incredibly friendly and helpful I will continue to eat here for years and years very clean and fast service. I would recommend those to anyone looking for a good Tex-Mex style meal and especially the Clemmons location that is it is my favorite location the only downside is that they don't have fish at this location.”

“Food is generally very tasty and not too salty. Staff are friendly. However, presentation is everything. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the store. I feel there should be someone cleaning in the dining room area and bathrooms at all times. Particularly as busy as you you guys get. The soda machine looked pretty rough today, could have used a good cleaning. Floors needed a good vacuum/sweeping/mopping and the trash area needed tending to. Also, there were many tables in need of wiping. Again, food is always good and there's always a friendly smile. Cleanliness just needs a little TLC.”

“My family and I love eating at IHOP, especially since they have the unlimited pancakes stacks, now, if you get a omelette from their menu, and I normally get the big steak omelette, as it is fantastic. Their Chicken and Waffles are great, and my girls always get that. This trip however we had a new server, who apparently does not know, or had not had any training, that you do not hand people their glasses of water or coffee or soda while holding the cup with your fingers around the lid where the person will be drinking, yuck. Our server was however, very nice and accommodating, even though he was a young guy, and new at this IHOP as a server, but he was certainly trying, which is a plus.”

“Great service. I called in take out while working nights on the weekend, got back to work to find something from my order missing. Spoke with manager and we agreed I would come back the next night. He profusely apologized all 3 times I spoke with/saw him and not only fixed my order but gave me a complimentary order as well. Things happen and it was likely their last order of the night. The fact that he asked "what can I do to make this right for you?" spoke volumes. Great food. Has always been one of my favorites. Very personable and friendly staff.”

Our server Courtney was very personable and had a great conversation with our seven year old daughter about baseball because we just finished her baseball game tonight then came to eat. “I should eat here more often. . . Because of the "Big Snowstorm" no other restaurants were OPEN. . . You can always count on Waffle House. . . I had the steak and eggs, hash browns smothered, and the raisin toast. . . Everything was cooked perfect. . . The waitress said they were 2 girls short, but she be with us in a minute. . . And she was, but one of the line cooks took our order. . . The Staff was all working as a team, they had a crowd. . . I was pleasantly surprised by how fast we got our order. . . “This is the second time that I had been there and the cashier cannot hear. When I ordered I told her specifically how I wanted my hamburgers done NOT cheeseburgers and I told her that I wanted 2 hamburgers. The coon (A better word than the other word I am thinking) still didn't get whole order right I only got 1 cheeseburger combo in which I DID NOT order. They need to get their ears cleaned out and start paying attention to the customers. NOT other coworkers talking about their personal lives!!!!!”

I was surprised to see so many people seamlessly using the kiosks to order and everything still run smoothly and quickly. As I ordered, the lady at the register offered table service as though she couldn't wait to help. With a broken toe, I was thrilled to accept. Pleased.
