“I don’t usually leave reviews but today when I came to get donuts today, I was impressed with how exceptionally clean it was as well as the way I was taken care of. The manager on duty, Eric I believe, took such amazing care of us and the donuts came out beautifully! there were only 2 people working but everything came out super quick. They were beautifully topped and so warm, (try the blueberry pancake donut, you won’t regret it) I will definitely be coming back for more delicious donuts! Thank you duck donuts!”

“It is a hit or miss with this place. I am still trying to figure out when to go so I don't get a burnt / old pretzel. The same goes with the service. On one end, you have a super friendly employee. One the other end, you have employees that are to busy talking to their friends. Either way, I love my Auntie Anne's pretzels. (The 3 stars are due to the service.)”

“This is one of those places that extra busy because of the location however they are at least very fast during peak hours. The main problem you'll have is that the food sometimes isn't as great as it should be. Usually this is outside peak hours. Also when the remodel was done the drive thru didn't seem to be planned well. It looks to have been planned to make it easier for Pickup for like UBER eats with an extra window further out however it doesn't get utilized that way which leads to loads of congestion. Going inside is generally faster because of it.”

“Interesting inside, however. Staff sitting on the counter drinking Monster drinks, just hangin' --perhaps that what you do in Greensboro? That said, the staff were very friendly, courteous and polite. Great variety in the store and it has a Dunkin which is a bonus for any location no matter what or where it is. Hot coffee and fresh!”

“Busy spot but bagels are fresh and tasty. They are made on site. Staff works quickly to get you through the long line quickly. We were looking for other sites to visit on our trip but disappointed that we didn't find another shop on our travels- liked the bagels that much. Coffee was good too.”

“Herbie's is a diner more akin to a Waffle House than a Denny's. It's no frills, but there's a community around it and the food is decent. We always order breakfast there. It's always pretty cold in there, so bring a jacket. The only seating is 4-person booths and countertop, so it would be a challenge for multiple small children needing highchairs or people with wheelchairs/scooters. Update: Thank you for responding! My family has been coming to Herbie's for years, but our most recent visit was disappointing service-wise. I saw our server pluck a piece of food bare-handed off the grill and pop it in her mouth. Then the same server went out front, smoked a cigarette, and went right back to serving food without washing her hands. When she brought our food to the table, her fingers were so far into the plates that they were touching our food. It was gross. That said, this last visit was an exception to all our other visits. I've gotten to know some of the servers and staff, and they've always been wonderful.”
