“This place must have a revolving management door. When the manager is good, things are GOOD. Been there twice this week and they were OUT OF FOOD.. and with nobody in the restaurant.. So really disappointing.. We had to keep ordering until the waitress said "Oh yeah, we are not out of that"... amazing. Also it is not nearly as "clean" inside as it use to be.. again... somebody doesn't care... UPDATE.. went back they had the FISH, said the truck came in late.. The lady told me that they are having great difficulties finding workers. I can believe it.. every store in Franklin is looking for help and nobody is filling the positions..”

“Updating my review again...the flies are back...they were everywhere. Counted over twenty while debating on leaving. Guy said they come in through drive through and they've tried to get rid of them...Wendy's in Sylva doesn't have this problem. Burger King in Franklin never has this problem. I'll be going there instead. Fries were cold. But the guy serving me was polite and seemed like he was trying to do a good job.”

“This is the best breakfast food, Bar None!! Everything is locally sourced. This is a true Farm to Table restaurant. there is not a lot of tables, O but is so worth the wait!!! “We were in Franklin this past weekend for a family reunion and decided to order sushi one night. The cabin we were staying in had a binder with various menus in it and we chose Kobe Express as we had sushi on our minds. We were able to call the order in and go pick it up. While we had to wait just a couple of minutes because the order wasn't ready, I felt good about it as I knew it would be fresh. Once we got back to the cabin and dove into the sushi, it was excellent! I wouldn't have expected such great sushi in a small mountain town, but I was wrong! You should definitely try it if you haven't already!”

“Always a fun time for the kids. The jump factory is fun for kids and adults alike. Both kids loved the kiddie area, but they have outgrown that. It is a cheap flat fee with unlimited play time. There are some games that we just keep going back to and some that don't look like they're ever used (bumper cars, some of the smaller kiddie games). When nothing else to do, go to The Factory!”

“We surprised them with a table for 16 and they graciously rolled with it (8 of them kids!)! We sat on the patio and had 4 different families ordering (a nightmare). They didn’t get a single order wrong and the wings were great! The owner and waitress were so kind and the service was excellent! Beer bucket and wing specials made all the adults happy. Kids had a ball with the giant checker set the owner set up for them. We will definitely be back!”

“We were seated immediately. The service was fabulous. There was something on the menu to please just about anyone. The smells of the foods being served made my mouth water while we waited for our food to be served. We didn't have to wait long and my food was indescribably delicious. I suggest you save space for dessert, which was every bit as good as the food. The cool thing about this restaurant is that it is connected to a gas station. Finding it was like finding hidden treasure. We will definitely become regulars.”
