“It was close to 11 am when a friend took us here (Providence Rd Panera Bd) to pick up a lunch. Despite the late hour a variety of their wonderful egg souffles remained available, and despite the early hour they'd already prepared their famous broccoli cheddar soup. Staff were kind and quick. The place felt bright & clean. We enjoyed a nourishing meal, no downsides.”

“Here's my review with 2 pros and 2 cons: Pros: 1. The food is great - had the following: Scallops Wrapped in Smoked Salmon, Burrata, Beef Wellington. Cost for 2 people $250+ 2. The decor is top notch: it's up-scale with white linen and beautiful paintings on the walls. Cons: 1. Noise Level: very loud atmosphere. During the evening the wait staff dropped silverware on the ground 3 different times. Shuffling of silverware can be heard from the kitchen. The noise creates a chaotic feeling. 2. The hosts and wait-staff did not seem to care: the greeting upon entry was insincere and lacked interaction. The server could have been more attentive and timely, given how few of people were in his section.”

“What a great experience! First of all I was in great company my daughter and future son in law as their guest. So my suggestion is to treat not only yourself but take friends and family to this wonderful spot! Not only open 7 days a week but 24 hours a day at that. Obviously aware of the need a demand this place delivered great service and product. Endless treats, sweets and delicious sandwiches. Don't hesitate to visit here. Don't take my word treat yourself and a friend and or loved one to a great experience. I shall return there myself time and again for sure! Thanks you two!!!”

“Had an incredible dinner tonight! Lobster rolls had a crunchy buttered bun, heaping amounts of lobster, and a great flavor! Soup was perfectly balanced and served hot! Great, friendly service. I highly recommend. Also picked up a fresh brioche loaf made fresh today. Other breads and desserts available as well!”

“I absolutely love the mission of this restaurant. I would have gone there just for that, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the atmosphere and food. The decor was clean and modern. Went for lunch and the prices were reasonable for what I got. The fried chicken was delicious. I will definitely be going back anytime I’m in Charlotte.”

“I eat breakfast or lunch at Reid’s 2-3 times per week due to the impressive variety and quality of meals. I frequently use the mobile app that will have my customized order ready for pickup in 5 - 10 minutes. Additionally, I enjoy the occasional trip after work to grab a bottle of wine and some snacks on my way home. One thing many visitors are unaware of the high quality coffee they provide that can be ordered on the mobile app. I highly recommend Reid’s for any meal!”
