“Love the location! Service was a little lackluster. I checked my items before leaving and was missing my box of fries and half gallon of tea. I was provided lemonade as a substitute and it was sweet but delicious. We ordered online but was unable to choose more than two flavors so had to get a 20pc family meal and additional 10pc. We had strawberry hot (sooo good), mild (the sauce was watery but the chicken was still good), and teriyaki (yummy). The fries were a little too salty but pretty good. The onion rings were good and crispy. Again, great location... so, we'll definitely order again.”

“I went here on Friday (12/30/2022) with some of my girlfriends for my Birthday. We have a great time. The atmosphere was great, the DJ was Great. It was more of a 35 and up crowd (which was PERFECT). They do not serve food, but you can bring in your own food, and there was a food truck outside. There was also places to sit outside and enjoy as well. If you are looking for a laidback but yet hype spot, with a more mature crowd. This is the place. Will definitely be going back.”

“We had a great time celebrating a birthday. We ate outside in the patio area. The heaters were on and it was very cozy. They also have fans for warmer weather. The food was delicious and the fries were good. Great portions. There is a bowling alley indoors, corn hole and ping pong outside. We will be going back again.”

“I was here with family for a Saturday lunch. I think we had some of the best Mexican food here, far better than most we have had in the area. Good selection of food and drinks. Service was excellent. First time I saw grilled onions served with guacamole order, it was very tasty. Also, I am usually disappointed with salsa picante in most places, not here. It was quite hot. Check out pollo especial if you are here for lunch. Will return for sure.”

“Tried Fiore last night for the soft open. Place was great, very relaxed. Drinks were creative and well mixed. Food varied from good to great. We tried a mix of the sharables, best was the mushrooms in gorganzola & the pork belly. Least favorite was the octopus (cooked perfect but missing some flavor). The place is privacy, but it's definitely something the area lacks. Service was 10/10, but it wouldn't be a kid friendly place to have our little ones tag along. We'll definitely be back again.”

Our appetizers came out after the meal but the manager made it right. We got a complimentary birthday treat which was nice. New service aside the food is amazing. “So being from Long Island NY it can be difficult to find a pizza place that has flavor and style you are accustomed to. That being said I met a young lady named Sarah on Wednesday who works at the newest location of Bisonte in Ballantyne who intrigued me enough to want to come back and give their Buffalo Style Pizza a try. I am a NY style pizza girl all the way (which they do have) but, she convinced me to give the Buffalo a try and being a woman of my word I did today. Well as you see in the pic I have a Buffalo chicken Buffalo Style and a Cheese Buffalo Style pizza. They were both very good. Flavorful and Fresh down to the crust! Next time I would ask for more sauce on the cheese pizza because, it has a nice flavor and Buffalo style crust is thicker than NY style. Now when I want good tasting pizza that has flavor that other places lack I have no problem going for the Buffalo Style at Bisonte. Now I have to try their NY Style. Thanks Miss Sarah.”

All of the staff were friendly and fun to chat with, and we even received a handwritten note with our first box which welcomed us as founding members.
