We were both wonderfully surprised as our first forkful of this magic bowl hit our mouths. They are located just a short walk or scooter ride away from the major hotels They feature plenty of seating, both upstairs and downstairs, a very friendly and attentive staff, and a menu chock full of goodness at a price that was more affordable than some of the other places that featured lesser fare. We tried the waffles and their version of a Denver omelet, coffee and sweet tea to drink. Everything tasted excellent and we left full and ready to take on the day. I'll definitely be back!”

I wasn't a huge mashed potato fan, but everyone likes their potatoes different! I forget our servers name, middle age gentlemen that travels quite a bit with his wife- he did a GREAT job! They are working some small kinks out as a new restaurant but overall great ambiance & experience!”

I ordered the veggie plate along with multiple other sides and the chicken tenders. All of the sides were absolutely incredible! Mac & cheese, greens, cabbage, mashed potatoes & sweet potatoes! I couldn’t believe how delicious everything was! 5/5 on all of the sides!! Personally the chicken tenders weren’t for me but that’s okay! It doesn’t take away from the incredible sides they served. Prior to ordering from this restaurant, there were very few reviews online so I understand if people are a little skeptical. But the food is absolutely delicious so please give them to a chance!”

“We just can't get enough of Philly Pretzel Factory! If you enjoy soft pretzels as much as our family does, you will not be disappointed. Served warm, soft, fresh & with just the right amount of salt every time. While we tend to get the 5 for $5 every order, we also like the mix it up & try something new. The rivets (rivet shaker pictured), the pretzel dogs & the mini cheese steaks are delicious too! As far as dips, we have tried quite a few & they all are good, but the honey mustard we buy by the bottle. There is something about the sweet & tangy on the salty pretzels that is really pretty magical. Their team is always thoughtful & friendly + the owners are the nicest people ever! Looking forward to the next time already!!!”

“We had a blast!! We did an escape room, ate dinner and played in the arcade! The food was amazing. Sweet Heat boneless wings were enough for a meal, but we didn't stop there. The flatbread pizzas were great too. I will say the arcade is a bit pricey. The games are a lot cheaper at other arcades, but they were still fun. Maybe next time we will get a chance to bowl. I can't wait to go back.”
