“My husband and I recently went to Outer Dunes and had a great time! Their outdoor area is beautiful with plenty of seating and luscious plant life. We stopped in on a Thursday night when they were having trivia and a food truck. The staff was kind, attentive, and helpful since it was our first time there. Did you know they brew a new beer every week?! Such a unique feature and my husband loved the IPA. They also stock up on local beers so there is plenty to choose from. I would recommend it for a casual date night or bring the whole friend group. We brought our dog and she was loved by all!”

“I give give stars for food. You get good portions and the price is very reasonable. The staff needs a lil customer service training. They're a lil aggressive in approach and rush you when you order. That's not good if your a first time customer and you don't know their menu. They definitely stay busy the line moves along fairly quick but they need to practice patience for others. We're not in the military chow line”

“I have tried and tested several Charchuterie stores in Wilmington and Leland. Boundless Boards out shines them all in customer service, presentation, content and pricing! I selected the "Mini- for Two" - $25. Do not let the size of the box dissuade you. Upon opening, there is a beautiful array of selective cheeses, crackers, nuts salami, prosciutto, berries, honey, fig jam and a delicious Pimento spread. Garnished with sprigs of Rosemary and Thyme. Come in and say "Hi" to Sarah. You won't be disappointed!”

“Loved our stay here! Such a historic place. They are starting some renovations but our room was lovely. Breakfast was wonderful. You really need to take the time to look at all the work that went to this place considering how long ago it was built. From the doors, wood working, the imported Italian marble, it makes you wonder what it was like to be to live there in the early 1900s. Will def stay again!”

But the daily specials are where this place really shines. I literally order the Power-up bowl 3x a week- it's always different, with a fish of the day grilled or blackened, over ancient grains, veg of the day and a daily special sauce and flavor combo to knock your socks off! Portions are generous and this is truly destination food. Wish I could give this place 10 stars-”

Highly recommend the breakfast burrito if you like slightly spicy chorizo. I genuinely can’t believe it was under $10. Service was great, too. While it was slow, the barista was casually chatting it up with some of the guests. It felt local and welcoming. We’re just in town for a day but I’d come back here when we come to town.”

“I had heard that this new pizza place opened and that it was the most like New Jersey pizza and you wanted found around here. Having grown up at the Jersey shore every summer I love Mac's Pizza, on the boardwalk, so I couldn't wait to give it a try. I'm excited to say they were right! It was the best pizza I've had since I moved here, I asked for a large, with extra cheese and I told whoever answered the phone that I would like it not overcooked. Sometimes it's so overcooked can't even eat it. But he promised he was the one that was going to make it and that it would be perfect. The pizza arrived less than 20 minutes later and it was the cheesiest pizza I've ever had and it was hot, hot hot! It had driven 20 minutes from their little store down on Carolina Beach Road and it was piping hot. I can tell you how many times I order food from somewhere and it's definitely not even warm. This was the best pizza experience I could have asked for. I ordered it a little early like after 4:00 and so maybe traffic was good, maybe they weren't behind because it was just starting to be towards dinner time, but I was pleased with everything. I hope you give them a try. I know I'll be back, and I'm going to order the exact same thing. Enjoy”
