“3 out of 5 stars. Rosati’s is a brand new Chicago style pizza joint. We ordered a thin crust pizza and a deep dish and wings to go. Unfortunately it took about 90 minutes to get our pizzas (promised 60), and unfortunately after we got home we realized that they had given us two thin crusts instead of one thin crust and one deep dish. Kinda disappointed in that. But, this place is brand new so I am not surprised they have kinks to work out. Other than that experience, the thin crust pizza was very good and 100% matches a good Chicago thin crust. The wings were good too. Unfortunately, the verdict is still out on the deep dish. I’ll try again in a few months. Hopefully they’ll get the kinks worked out.”

The food is okay here, but it's not overwhelmingly impressive. The service is good, they are very friendly and understanding, but the food was lackluster in comparison to the location in Matthews. The wait time here is longer too, as the sitting area holds less people.”

“Absolutely delicious & Friendly Staff!!!! I can’t believe they have any negative reviews on here. We’ve been searching for a loooonnngg time for a decent restaurant around us and this place is amazing!!!! Spaghetti and meatballs were absolutely delicious and the garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had. And salad was fresh and amazing also. The server was extremely kind as I fumbled around on the menu and probably more than demanding with a 2 year old. So incredibly kind and patient. It’s also really affordable with everything we got. IceCream was absolutely delicious!!! Great experience!!! Will be back many times in the future!!!”

“Excellent down home BBQ but sub par service. Have been here 3 times and every time the staff doesn't seem to care all that much. The food comes out quickly and tastes great to boot. Prices are a little cheaper then competitors in the area (which are already much cheaper than chain BBQ restaurants) and their specials give you a way to try something different every time you stop in. Will continue to come back due to the food and pricing.”

Its a Tuesday... 2 hours later the pizza shows up, manager says "the driver was supposed to call you". He never did. We got our pizza for free and we even tipped the driver. “This location's early morning service is the best that I've experienced in the area. My daughter works at another fast food place close to this location. She closes on weekends & I pick her up between 3:30-4:30am depending on how busy they were. We normally stop by this location to grab some food. The crew is friendly and they hustle to get the food out in a timely manner. There are 2 locations in Indian Trail close to my house, one at Sun Valley & one near Walmart. Both of those don't come close to providing the late night/early morning service that this location offers.”
