“Usually I really like this place. It has a good vibe and all of the staff is very friendly and food is good. But this particular time we ordered some wine and it was not good so I asked if they could just charge us for two glasses and take the wine back and they said NO!!!! I have never had that happen at any restaurant. I understand it is just a bar and not a fine dinning place but the rules should still cross over. Other than that the place is a good sports bar.”

“Wings are great (best I've had in NC) and come out fast and crispy. Place is a bit small, but the food is worth it. Place a to-go order, if it's a busy time. Hot wings and hot barbecue are normally my go-to orders, but all of the sauces are great. Beer selection is decent with a handful of local beers on tap and the popular/classics around as well.”

“Authentic tacos right in our backyard! Had the hankering for taco truck - I've been to the one in Carrboro by Carr Mill mall and a handful of others, but this one wins hands down. Lots of taco choices (also have burritos,quesadilla, tortas,etc), and most are $1.50 or $2 each. They bake or fry the taco shell which is authentic AF. Other trucks always do the the steamed corn tortillas, but today's tacos were amazing. Hot sauce (2 types) are great, and meat is flavorful. Buy your drinks at the gas station, and pull up a piece of curb - worth the drive!”

“It's your typical fast/casual food place but the staff here were really friendly and helpful. It was fast, our orders were correct and the food was good. You have the option to eat outside, there is a nice water fountain you can sit near. There was one man there, probably a manager, that told us to let him know if we needed more chips while we were there. He also was helpful in giving us all the options for our daughter's kids meal. I'd go back there just because of the service alone.”

“A wonderful little restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. I particularly like the seafood entrees. The last two times we ordered the Thai Ocean dish and the Spicy Pad Thai Chantaboon. The seafood is perfectly cooked and plentiful. We both like spicy food and the medium heat level is perfect. The Thai iced tea is good for helping to pace the spiciness. I keep trying to leave room for dessert because they have sticky rice with coconut custard or mango, but the Thai Ocean is just enough to leave me too full for dessert. The prices are reasonable, and the food is prepared quickly.”

“I have been going here for years (since like middle school). It’s a family owned business and they’re really sweet. I love the food especially the sweet&sour chicken, beef and chicken with broccoli, vegetable rice and the orange chicken. Those are just some of my favorites that I’ve tried over the years. The prices are affordable and the portion of food is large. I would highly recommend going during the time of the lunch specials if you want to try out the food. Personally, this is my most favorite Chinese food place.”

“Far and away the very best "pub food" I've had. Ever. Matter of fact IMO if they had a more "restaurant-y" menu I am positive they'd be as good as any. The quality of the ingredients was obvious as was the preparation! The chef obviously cares about the product served. I had the Rudy's dip which was AMAZING. Perfectly done roast beef as tasty as any, the fries? DEAR GOD, the fries....those little bits of paradise were damn near, if not some of the best I have eaten in my 57 years on this planet! Full disclosure I also was very happy and pleased to meet my new found ( thanks 23andme) Rob ( the owner ) and sister Cindy ( the head chef!) But my review stands.....I would not have given a bad one ( Being family, I would have left nothing ) But they have definitely earned my 5 stars!”

“Fantastic food! We will certainly be back. The bangers and mash were amazing and my wife said the fish and chips were the best she has had in years! The staff was all friendly and you could tell there were a lot of regulars. Poker tournament going on while we were there was fun to watch. Not only do these folks have the REALLY, REALLY, REALLY delicious food, ... they are nice people who seem to care about their community. Their customer service is fantastic! Sam in Brier Creek, ... I always thought it is based on your experience. “This is a great Italian restaurant. Yes, it's a chain, however in comparison with some other Italian chains, it's food is outstanding. The service is solid, and although it appears this group is shrinking their restaurant size (the Cary location and other closed a couple years ago), we are happy it remains open. When we were last in, they showed a special menu offering 1/2 price appetizers in the bar between 3pm-5pm. The only detail is they don't open until 4pm during the week. Just an FYI... Maybe they'll start serving weekday lunch like the Cary location did?”
