“We came here for a date night. The sign on the door said soft opening but it is open to the public and the owner greeted us. The place is nicely decorated but is small so not great for large parties. Probably 5-6 two person tables plus another 4-6 people could be seated at the bar. We opted for the sushi for two. The wait was a little long but nothing crazy considering they opened this week. The sushi for two had a nice mix and was a good sampler of popular orders. My wife and I both agreed that the sushi was fantastic and tasted very fresh. We really liked all of the assortment except the caviar only roll (that could just be our tastes). We weren’t quite stuffed but very satisfied with the portion sizes. I don’t normally like eel but I liked theirs. The owner checked on us and chatted with us some. He seems like a super nice guy and I hope this restaurant makes it. If you want sushi that is as good (if not better) than some of the more established sushi restaurants in the area, try this place out.”

“It's very hard to find parking around this area. Service has always been quick and servers are friendly. The food is ok. To me the food prices are a bit much and doesn't match the quality of the food. I like the bowling here but arcade gaming area could use an upgrade. Not a huge selection of games to choose from. But definitely something to do for any day of the week.”

“I love to explore different food types, this newly opened Indian restaurant surely give a tougher competition to rest of Restaurant’s in this triangle area. Price and food quality is perfect, most importantly the usage of oil and spices to the lowest with No comprised to taste. No more stomach upset, enjoy my food. Staff courteous and helpful.”

“We found Bonchon in Chapel hill last year and have been a few times. Their food is so good and it’s always a treat when we go there. We were planning to go there last night, but we saw that this location was open! We had the nicest server Tommy. We ordered fried dumplings (amazing) and a family meal. The family meal was only $40ish and we had so much fried chicken to take home. It’s the best value they offer. The fried rice is some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had and their chicken is also equally amazing. I’m so glad this location opened and we were able to visit during their soft opening.”

“This is nice small bottle shop. A bit pricey compared to others bottle shops, but they have a good selection of beers. Nyles it's great and hopefully he is working behind the bar when you go! He is always super friendly and help you figure out what will be a beer you will really enjoy! They have draft and canned beers. Lay back place, and at least the times I have been there it's not too crowded so it's great to have a good sip and a conversation!”

“Simply the best. Everything she cooks tastes homemade/fresh and it’s seasoned very well. Menu is almost perfect(I wish there was chicken livers w mash potatoes and gravy!) other than that it’s great no complaints. Some of my favs were: chicken and waffles, shrimp po boy, mac and cheese, chicken gizzards and cajun pasta. 10/10 would recommend”

“SO HAPPY we have a really good sushi restaurant in N. Raleigh. We’ve been disappointed with other options, especially when ordering Sashimi. The wait staff are incredibly attentive and extremely nice. They really go above and beyond. I felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant. The food came out quickly and it was fresh and delicious! See my photo. I was pleasantly surprised with the presentation. They made special accommodations for the kids, who only like cucumber avocado rolls, and my wife got Massaman curry. She said it was very good. This is our new favorite Japanese and Thai restaurant. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.”

“Falls River Cafe has done nothing but impress me in the two visits I've had so far. On my first visit I went in for breakfast. The server at the front counter was very welcoming and helped me decide what to order. For breakfast there are many options but the Dominican dishes caught my eye. I ordered the Ultimate Dominican Breakfast and was blown away. When it came to picking the starch portion of the dish the waiter told me that traditionally in the Dominican Republic they would have mashed plantains with their breakfast, and that's all I needed to hear. The food came out promptly and was cooked perfectly. The next day I realized I had forgotten to get a takeout menu and decided I'd return for lunch. For lunch I had the chimi burger. A two patty burger on a steamed hoagie roll with tomato, shredded lettuce, and a sweet pink sauce. The food and service was great and I can't wait to go back.”

“We (4 adults) stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. There was no waiting & staff went over menu options & questions. The staff were all super friendly and took great care of our table. The food was very good. I ordered Pad Thai and it was very good. We really enjoyed the food & atmosphere. If you are in the area and looking for good Southeast Asian / Thai dish then this is a great choice. Sanuk Mai khap”

“Went to their soft opening to taste a bunch of their food and most was really good. I will definitely be back to try more. They don't have their bar license yet and aren't fully staffed but they kept up fine, despite a full restaurant. The food also came out very quickly and the presentation was amazing. As a previous resident of Japan, I was excited to try the Tonkatsu Ramen and Japanese Curry. Both were good but not great. The ramen was filling and cooked perfectly but lacked in taste. The curry smelled delicious and was cooked perfectly but had a slightly strange after-taste. Still the best Japanese Curry Ive had since living in Osaka. The Volcano roll and spring rolls were amazing so I'm excited to try more sushi options. We really liked being able to pay the check at the table at our convenience. Cant wait to go back and try more! Best of luck!”

“Just opened last week. Food was very tasty! I had the Baja fish taco which was a bit greasy but GOOD! My wife had the steak bowl which was full of goodness. The steak was cut small and very tender. Draft beer and full bar is a definite plus!! Like Arnold Schwarzenegger says: “I’ll be back” lol”

“These are true authentic Gyros!!! I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious quick and healthy option to typical fast food. Owners are friendly and although they have limited indoor seating the gyro's are so good that taking them to go is NOT a problem!! So super delicious!!!! Welcome to Fuquay!”

“The location and building were really pretty! I am a huge coffee drinker, and I personally wasn’t really impressed with the latte. The waffles were really good, but not worth $10. Overall, it was a decent experience. There were some kids sitting near us that stared at us the entire time, and it was kind of uncomfortable. Other than that, an okay experience. Lot of potential for this place!”
